candle-light vigil @ Hong Lim Park for Mr JBJ anniversary 30.Sept.2009

Time flied and it had been exactly a year since late Mr JBJ deceased. Tomorrow 30.Sept.2009 is the first anniversary of the great man's passing. Activists are going to the Hong Lim Park tomorrow between 7 to 9pm to hold a Candle Light Vigil to remember our great late MP of Anson. I recall that exactly a year ago we were in court 15 for WB-IMF matter's trial when we had to ask judge to stand down to let us rush to Singapore Casket. The TAK BOLEH TAHAN trial is on since last week, until tomorrow.

famiLEE LEEgime's Liquidation to Take Reference from ChenShuiBian family's sentences

The ENTIRE of Ah Bian's family had been sentenced to imprisonment. That is an excellent reference for famiLEE LEEgime. In particular, Ah Bian & Wife's Life Sentences are good ball park figures for comparison. Ah Bian had ruled only for 8 years, famiLEE LEEgime is at least 5 times as long. The extend of Ah Bian's corruptions & abuses of power can not reach even a quater of famiLEE LEEgime's accumulated crimes. :-) The WHOLE of Ah Bian's immediate family is sentenced to imprisonment, plus several of more distanced Chen-family reletives involved in corruptions & money laundering. Chen-family's cronies and minions are also sentenced.

It illustrated that a whole NETWORK of corruption & abuse of power ought to be UPROOTED together, this is the ONLY RIGHT WAY to go about anti-corruption & Liquidation.

I insist that the best penalty for extremely corrupted is still the Death Penalty.

The purpose of penalty is to Set Examples for others including future and potential corrupts.

I hereby sincerely and respectfully commend the excellent examples of anti-corruption liquidations done by 马英九, 3 thumbs-up for 马英九！干得好！喝彩！

Call on PKMS members to exercise self-restrain

It is now becoming necessary to call for peace and self-restrains within the members of PKMS.

I am in no position to deal with your internal affairs, however, anything too negative spilling out of a well know opposition party is bad and could be exploited by the famiLEE LEEgime against a greater majority of oppositions. It is a public concern in particular among the oppositions supporters.

In experience, disagreements always exist among political peers in every organizations, but are usually contained. Occasionally things can become out of control. Whatever the case, we should never let our major enemy the famiLEE LEEgime take advantage of this situation and make it their opportunity.

We trust that, this point at the least can be well understood among the opposition people.

Straits Times Political Correspondent Jeremy Au Yong testiied as my witness

On 1st September 2009 in Court 19, in the case of PS1348/2008 & others, I called via subpoenas for Mr. Jeremy Au Yong - Correspondent Political Desk from Straits Time to testify for the event which he covered on 16 September 2007 (LKy's Birthday) at Hong Lim Park & Istana which is exactly 1 year after WB/IMF Speaker Cornered. He was the last witness of the entire case, the court designated him as DW2 - Defense's 2nd Witness.

In the matter, Mr. Jeremy Au Yong took the witness stand from 9:30am till about 4pm.

I except that 99% of his testimony to be truthful, 1% is inaccurate due to mostly his memory of the event since 2007 is already about 2 years back. He told the court similar to what I said as DW1, that the Walk on 16.Sept.2007 beginning from Speakers Corner was done in NO PARTICULAR ORDER NOR SEQUENCE; WAS PEACEFUL; NO FLAGS; BANNERS; PLACARDS WAS CARRIED; NO MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS USED; IT WAS ON THE SIDEWALKS ONLY; NO UNINTERRUPTED CONTINUITY WAS MAINTAINED AND OTHER PEDESTRIANS FREQUENTLY CUT INTO THE WALKING POSITIONS OF ACTIVISTS.

Therefore, I argued that it was a casual walk like no other road users and it had not been seen nor identified as any form of processions, as there were no physical body of a procession that passers-by and on-lookers could identify nor notice. The activists had merely conveyed themselves on foot from Speakers Corner to QRP to hold a peaceful candle light vigil. They should not be discriminated apart from any other lawful citizens and road users, as they enjoy the same constitutional rights of Equality, Freedom and Liberty.

In the even I was only a blogger covering the event's reporting, just like other bloggers such as Mr. Ng E-Jay (sg-politics) and Mr. Andrew Loh (TOC), and performed no different journalistic roles apart from Jeremy; and at least half dozen of other jornalists & camera men. All these jornalistic persons including myself did not wear any slogan T-shirts, unlike the few activist.

The only additional role I did, as I told judge, that I was policing the mata, to ensure that they did not performed their enforcement beyond the lawful limits of police powers. In the WB/IMF 2006 (Speakers Cornered) the mata did exactly this sort of Civil Rights Violations. That's why I need to police them. :-)

I said these activist were my baits and the matas were my fish. I was fishing for video and photos that would ressemble WB/IMF 2006. :-)



I am now still writing my closing submission for this case, while I am preparing to be in famiLEE LEEgime's Changi Prison as early as tomorrow. :-) for 2 different matters - alleged speech with Dr CSJ on 16.Nov.2005 & 12.April.2006 both at Queen Street Kuan Yin Temple.

I am preparing to stage hunger-strike in prison, taking only water, and token amount of bread (a finger size each every 2 days).

　　内阁资政李光耀昨晚明确表明人民行动党政府一旦失去选民的委托，将会尊重选举结果，和平交出政权。因为他所上的第一堂政治课教导他，阻碍和平的革命，必然会导致暴力。

　　他昨晚在李光耀公共政策学院成立五周年晚宴上同来宾对话时指出，他曾花了15年的时间思考如何保障新加坡的政治前途，最终说服年轻的内阁同僚订定了一系列的制度，以确保我国不会因为经过一届无能的政府领导，而失去东山再起的本钱。

　　本地知名英文小说家林宝音在对话时问李资政，如果新加坡面对可能出现反常选举结果的局面，他是否会出动军队拨乱反正。他回答前因没听清楚问题，而要林宝音重复时，趁便问了她的身份。在主持对话的院长马凯硕教授介绍她是一名作家后，才开始回答。

　　他曾在2006年9月举行的首届“莱佛士论坛”上指出，如果没有民选总统制，一旦出现反常的选举结果，一个烂政府上台，可能在两三年内，军队就必须介入，以制止它掠夺国家储备。一旦这样的事情发生，民选政府制度必然会被摧毁。

　　他昨晚还明确地指出，新加坡政府在体制上设计了民选总统制度，并确保公务员系统、司法体系、军队、警察等国家体制的中立性，就是要允许反对党有机会和平推翻现政府。

　　“今后的某一个时间点，行动党如果无法找到一个能媲美反对党的竞选团队，我们就活该要出局。如果我们腐败了，失去效能了，也会出局。”

　　然而，李资政指出如果出现反常的选举结果，民选总统将能够保护前任政府所积累的财政盈余，不会允许新政府滥用。而新政府在没有得到总统首肯之前，也不能随意更换公务员或军警首长。

　　“如果我们要推翻选举结果，又何必那么大费周章呢？我们希望一旦我们下野，我们只会在野一届，新政府将因无能而无法连任，而我们将保有能干的官员及财政资源来修复政府。不然，我们为何要设计这些制度呢？”

　　李资政说：“我花了15年的时间思索了这个办法，并最终说服年轻的同僚，让他们接受我们需要这些保护措施。我不认为下一届选举会发生问题，后一届也大概无碍，但是如果我们无法找到好的竞选团队，再过一届的选举，如果反对党组成好的团队，我们将面对风险。这就是现实。”

　　他回忆说，他早年在伦敦政治经济学院听课时，学习了毕生的第一堂政治教训。导师当时以英国稳定的政治情势为例说，如果没有一套制度来落实代表民意的政治变革，必然导致流血革命。

　　他说：“我在政治上学习的第一个教训，就是你或者有一个得到选民授意的革命（revolution by consent），不然就是暴力革命。你如果阻断了所有变革的可能性，就一定导致暴力，而一旦发生暴力，军队一定得开枪，因为你是站在错误的一边。”

　　李资政总结说，如果不是因为有这个顾虑，政府也不会设计那么多政治上的保护措施。他对林宝音说：“你是一个作家，我不知道你的想法或想象力如何。但是，你是否能想出一个理由，说明为何我们要做这些来欺骗人民？”

ZaoBao's report basically highlight that Old Dog Thief Lee Kuan Yew declared that his LEEgime will be Peacefully Handed-Over when they got defeated in an election. This is entirely different from what Old Dog Thief had decleared about a decade ago that he would use military power to retain his LEEgime in event of what he called FREAK ELECTION RESULT.

About time to admit that there are too few these days LEEgime can find to be willing to DIE to retain LEEgime. On the other hand, never before, angry peasants dared to stand out to attack LEEgime minions such as ScapeGoat BBQ Seng. :-)

LEEgime better take note that, I think it may be better for the sake of Singapore if they prefer NOT to handover peacefully. It is just a higher price that the nation need to pay for the change, and regardlessly the change will still take place weather it be a peaceful handover or a civil war. The Liquidation will just be more spectacular in the lack of peace. The little extra time to be taken is also additional cost, but it may be even more meaningful and fruitful, although I do insist that Singapore should pay no unnecessary price, and if paid, it had be justified and worthwhile.

The American Civil War (& Independence War) is what it took to creat a great country that once became a superpower (although it had now faded) the prices paid by the American forefathers and sacrifices had already been justified and made worthwhile. Without these costly & damaging wars the United States would never had existed.

In any way it won't be incorrect to read that the famiLEE LEEgime had been clearly cornered and forced from their past arrogant falsehood to the softer modesty of today. LKy can be said to be paving the exit route for his own famiLEE LEEgime right now, with his tail between his legs to cover his dog ass. :-)

We should continue to force and further corner famiLEE LEEgime from all sides including the rough brutal angle to ensure that famiLEE LEEgime's options are eliminated from all sides. LKy realized today that his leverage does not exist in the domain of brute military domain. People used to believe that he had that strength and advantage. :-) It had been taken care of, and he is no longer able to count on any luck from that side any more.

Singaporeans must keep up the efforts and continue to corner and firmly position against the famiLEE LEEgime.

We will prevail.

Republic of Singapore belongs to it's citizens. Not the famiLEE. Not their minions.

Our children are not to be the famiLEE LEEgime's slaves.

Commending the Modesty & Respectful Considerations of Hatoyama

Japan's victorious DPJ, minor parties to form coalition government

Tokyo, Aug 31 : Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) President Yukio Hatoyama was expected to hold talks Monday with leaders of several minor opposition parties on forming a new coalition government.

he DPJ secured a comfortable majority of 308 of the 480 seats in the House of Representatives election Sunday, ending more than 50 years of nearly uninterrupted rule by the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP).

DPJ's Hatoyama is very modest and respectful to other parties by this act of forming coalition, when his party already got the land-side victory with clear majority control in the parliamentary election.

This is will serve as a very outstanding contrast against the Kiasu Coward attitude displayed over the decades by the famiLEE LEEgime, which held 1-party-rule and went out of the way to bully and remove out-right minority opposition such as well respected late Mr. JBJ REPEATEDLY from the parliament. LKy the old dog thief is such a coward bully and shameless kiasu compared with Mr. Hatoyama of DPJ.

The contrast showed by this comparison is the strongest.

DPJ got very very significant majority seats and absolutely do not need the minor parties small number of additional seats. But he took the trouble and additional liablity to do form a COALISION GOVT instead of a 1-party government this is so UNlike Lee Kuan Yew the coward Kiasu Ah Beng Old Dog Thief.

What did that showed?

This showed the strong contrast that Hatoyama is so prepared to accept different parties opinions and Lee Kuan Yew will seek to Squash Out every alternate voices. The greater person is the modest one, and the clown (Ah Beng) is the arrogant and selfish one.

Isn't that very obvious?

This further indicated that Hatoyama is preparing with self-confident to lead a coalition government consisting of multiple parties instead of just his own DPJ, he believe that his leadership is able to lead more than just one party to function together as a single government.

In comparison, Lee Kuan Yew the arrogant coward Ah Beng, is fearful of late Mr. JBJ who has only one single seat in Anson, when he got 82 PAp lap dogs occupying the rest of the parliament plus himself in Tanjong Pagar. He knows that his leadership is WEAK and he has no confident to get away from just one late Mr. JBJ.

What more further need I write?
