Solo Activist Hunger-Strike Against ISA in front High Commission of Malaysia

Singaporean young activist Seeland Palay began a solo activity at the front of Malaysian High Commission Embassy this morning at 0900hr. Other activists are taking turns to support, visit and report his activity and keeping him accompanied. His on a FIVE DAYS HUNGER-STRIKE STATIONED BEFORE THE MALASYSIAN HIGH COMMISSION, AGAINST THE OPPRESSIVE ACTIONS BY BADAWI GOVERNMENT AGAINST INDIAN COMMUNITY, IN WHICH 10O+ YEAR OLD TEMPLE WERE DEMOLISHED ON EVE OF DEWALI HOLLY FESTIVAL, RALLIES WERE CRUSHED BY POLICE, AND 5 HINDRAF LEADERS WERE ARRESTED UNDER INTERNAL SECURITY ACT, 25 OTHER HINDRAF WERE ARRESTED AND CHARGED.

Seeland will only drink plain water for 5 days & 4 nights. He will station before Malaysian High Commission Embassy, less his toilet breaks. He will not eat until this action is ended after 5 days.

I arrived with Seeland and other activists on taxi just before 0900hr today, and helped him to setup seats etc. The embassy's guard came out to find out what's going on. And apparently called the famiLEE LEEgime police (which ISD plain clothe matas were already there before we arrived, because Seeland issued Press Statements yesterday.) I video a police car parked near by with 2 uniformed matas at 0920hr.

Before 1000hr, High Commission's officer came out with a head security guard (Chubb Security Company) and he took pictures and video of us. Security head asked Seeland to move further away from the High Commission's entrance, and Seeland was happy to shift into a shade few meters away.

We later shifted again by few more meters just to take shade.

There was a constant stream of supportive phone calls; visitors; reporters & photographers from Singapore as well as Malaysia. Just before 1100hr, famiLEE LEEgime matas & the plain clothes were all withdrawn from the scene, and obviously mata petrol cars were instructed to stay far away from media's activist's cameras. But several petrol cars were seen down the other road passing. For one moment, one mata petrol car made a wrong turn, and then it's own way reversed out!

LKy's famiLEE LEEgime I believe had eventually learn smarter by not getting the craps of Badawi Govt into their own face. The 154th Straits Time today published propaganda in support of HINDRAF as well. :-)

I left the High Commission at about 1230hr to come to post upload videos on my blog and publish it. It took me hours to upload these stuff.

As I am still uploading these video, I got SMS informing me that famiLEE LEEgime's mata arrived to serve warning to Seeland. SDP's guys were on the scene supporting. Time now is 1535hr. I am actually standing by to take over from Seeland to continue HungerStrike & protest there in the event he got arrested :-) if they arrested me I will refuse to post any bail an continue HungerStrike in jail until I am satisfied.

The famiLEE LEEgime's mata Investigator in plain clothes left after serving the formal warning. And I believe the other activists at the scene caught this on a video clip which I will ask to be uploaded on YouTube. :-) To be available online by tomorrow.

Nepalese Dictatorial Regime Demolished

Season Greetings to all. :-)

It's is excellent news on X'mas day, and congratulations to Nepalese & Gurkhas in Singapore, :-)

Maoists & other Nepalese political parties had archived a remarkable success in liberating their own country and people, by abolishing dictator Gyanendra's feudal regime and set Nepal on the course to becoming a Republic. They had fought for years, and got a major break through last year.

Today's news just confirmed that they had further advanced to a more remarkable milestone in their reform.

Singaporeans should learn after the Nepalese experience to abolish Old Dog Thief Lee Kuan Yew's famiLEE LEEgime.

Nepal to abolish monarchy

By BINAJ GURUBACHARYA, Associated Press Writer Mon Dec 24, 2:26 PM ET

KATMANDU, Nepal - The world's last Hindu monarchy is to be swept aside under an agreement between Nepal's former communist rebels and its major political parties that sets the stage for the country once idealized as a Himalayan Shangri La to become a republic.

If it holds, the accord may finally bring a measure of peace and stability that has long eluded this impoverished, near-feudal wonderland for backpackers and mountain climbers looking to scale Mount Everest and other peaks.

At the center of much of Nepal's turmoil has been King Gyanendra, the often-dour and widely reviled head of a dynasty that for centuries held absolute sway over the country — a primacy he sought to reassert nearly two years ago when he dismissed parliament and seized dictatorial powers.

The power grab was his undoing, and the resulting weeks of unrest brought his enemies together, stoked the anger of an already wary public and, as the deal signed Sunday makes clear, put Nepal on the road to becoming a republic.

"Now there is nothing else that needs to be done," Prachanda, the leader of the former communist rebel, who uses only one name, told reporters Monday. "There is no monarchy left in the country."

Gyanendra heads a dynasty that dates to 1769, when a regional ruler led an army down from the hills and conquered the ancient city of Katmandu. He established a line of kings that have been traditionally considered reincarnations of the Hindu god Vishnu, to be venerated by their subjects.

In the centuries since, that was often the case. But Gyanendra, the 12th Shah dynasty monarch, has never enjoyed the popularity of his predecessors, and Sunday's deal to eliminate the throne was welcomed by many in Katmandu.

"Before, kings were part of people's heart," said Mata Pasad Risal, 60, a retired government official. "Now people have turned against him. The king has lost his position and popularity. It will be best for him to leave the palace."

From the start, Nepalis were wary of Gyanendra, who before becoming king was known as a hardheaded businessman with interests in tourism, tea and tobacco.

His tumultuous reign began in 2001 after a palace massacre in which the crown prince is accused of gunning down Gyanendra's older brother, the late King Birendra, and much of the royal family and then killing himself.

In all, 10 members of the royal family were killed, and the slaughter helped pierce the mystique surrounding Nepal's royalty.

Four years later, Gyanendra dismissed Nepal's parliament and seized total power, saying he would bring order to a chaotic political scene and quell the communist insurgency.

But the insurgency worsened, the economy faltered and Gyanendra used heavy-handed tactics to silence opposition, jailing and banning criticism of himself, his government and the army.

The result was the communists joining forces with the country's main political parties to orchestrate weeks of unrest in April 2006 that ended with Gyanendra's restoring the parliament. He has since been stripped of his powers, his command over the army and his immunity from prosecution.

That hasn't been enough for the communists, who are known as the Maoists. They ended their decade-long rebellion — a fight that killed about 13,000 people — last year and later joined the country's interim government.

But they withdrew in September, demanding the monarchy be immediately abolished, a decision the other political parties said could be made only after the election of the special assembly to rewrite the constitution.

The Maoists' move plunged Nepal into a political crisis, derailing plans to elect the assembly and threatening its transition to democracy.

Sunday's deal brings the Maoists back into the government by agreeing to eliminate the king once the assembly is elected, a vote officials now say they hope to hold in the first half of 2008.

The king, who said little before ceding power and has said even less since, offered no immediate reaction to Sunday's accord.

Many in Katmandu — analysts, officials and ordinary Nepalis — say they fear he could try to make one last attempt to retain his throne and, perhaps, even regain a degree of his lost power.

But the public is solidly against him, the political parties are lined up to depose him and the army is thoroughly disillusioned with the abuses soldiers were ordered to commit under his rule. As a result, it is unclear what moves Gyanendra could make, if any, aside from slipping quietly from Nepal's political stage.

Where would he go? Money is said not to be a problem for Gyanendra, who inherited much of his family's wealth after the 2001 massacre. And he's got allies among the Hindu nationalists of India, where he was educated.

But for now, Nepalis are simply eager to get rid of Gyanendra. They're not worrying about what comes next for a man they so clearly despise.

"If he has any self-respect left in him, he should just walk out of the palace. He has no power, no support, and is facing criticism and anger," said Navaraj Karki, a banker in Katmandu. "It would be better for him and the country if he just disappeared from the scene for good."

Call to condemn Boycott & Protest against World's Worst Salary Plundering

The corrupted bandits of famiLEE LEEgime consecutively increased their own notorious world's highest salaries yet again. This is within a record short period from their previous audacious million dollar increments, shamelessly plundering the helpless Singaporean tax payers.

There is absolutely no justification, in that the performance of the corrupted and incompetent governments is not increased nor enhanced in any sort of proportion to their salaries. There is nothing except raw greed and exasperated hunger to plunder from their easiest victims the helpless Singaporean peasants.

I call for long term boycotting, continuous protests and condemnation against these familEE LEEgime bandits, there is nothing other than further audacious rampant plundering and exploitation to motivate the shaky syndicate of bandits other than self-fulfillment in greed and self-enrichment at this stage. There is no other means to drive this LEEgally corrupted famiLEE LEEgime forward any longer, except the most brutal plundering and bribing each other to further collaborate with filthy collusion of power, for sole purpose of self-enrichment.

The famiLEE LEEgime will soon burst in highest intensity of LEEgalized corruption / greed and blindness by greed & power. That is their destined way of ending. :-)

Woodlands MRT's Clock exposed famiLEE LEEgime LIARS!

This is regarding the case famiLEE LEEgime is charging Dr. Chee Soon Juan & myself for speaking on 8.April.2006 just less than 1 month before the polling day (6.May.2006), at Woodlands MRT station. The trial began on 27.Nov.2007. They had yet again amended our charges (for the time) that now I am charged for speaking at 1608hr instead. As of today this trial had been adjourned until 18.Feb 2008 (after Chinese New Year).

On the first day 27.Nov.2007: the judge; Dr. CSJ & myself were given this evidence which is a pick folder consisting of 4 photographs (click photo to enlarge view), which marked Date and time photos taken 8.4.2006 @ 1545hrs, this was during prosecutor DPP Lim Tse Haw's examination of his own 1st witness Loh Zhen Hong. As DPP Lim read from his own copy of this pink folder, I heard him stated a different time (1700Hr) as on the folder cover of my copy:

I interrupted immediately and verified that not only time but Location was stated differently on his own copy, from copies given to judge Jasvindar Kaur; Dr CSJ & myself. Which DPP's Location was something like "open space between Woodlands MRT & Causeway point". He then told the court he had no idea why there are 2 different versions, but misled us all that time should be 1700hr & location should be "open space between Woodlands MRT & Causeway point".

DPP Lim was ordered by the judge to double check on that.

The first copy of photo inside this pink folder is this:

Mata Photo Exhibit P4:

2nd witness Senior Investigating officer Charles Soon Fook Kong on oath and at witness stand misled us that ALL the 4 photos P4 P5 P6 & P7 were taken by the 4th witness Scene of Crime Officer SSGT Lam Tien Chiang at his direction after SDP was seen packed up and left the scene around 1730hr.

In the confusion I asked for clarification about the time photos were taken, the judge directed us to amend time as 1700hr. Dr CSJ on the 2nd day, 28.Nov.2007 spotted on the above photo that Woodlands MRT Station's clock had been captured by that photo, but was too small on our copies to tell the time. I applied to court to have enlarged copies of this clock portion, and judge ordered accordingly. So the following was produced:

Mata Photo Exhibit P8 (enlarged from P4 above): [click on photo for enlarged view]

Clock in MRT Station from above (image enhanced by Uncleyap with Linux GIMP tool)

Unsharp-mask filter applied again on selected area from above:

Clock-face marking guide in red added to above:

This looks more like 0920hr to me, but the DPP the judge and witnesses Charles Soon & Lam Tien Chiang all stated and testified with oath that this time looked like 1545hr to them. The witnesses changed their own testimonies on the stand regarding the time.

A similar clock at Chinese Garden MRT:

To illustrate such a clock in MRT station, I took a picture myself of Chinese Garden MRT Station's similar clock.

We had spent great length of time in cross examinations, and confronted DPP Lim Tse Haw about his different versions of time. In particular he had amended charges against us in the aspect of changed time of offenses. This could be very serious, because based on time of the evidence and charges, some defendant's alibi could be seriously compromised in some cases, although not for this case.

During Dr. Chee's cross-examinations of witness SSGT Lam Tien Chiang, it became clearer that things are really too fishy. That the witness on the stand has began to RECOVER from his originally LOST memories that he took photo P4 from a distance at 1545hr before he entered the MRT area. Dr CSJ asked the judge to remove this witness from the stand so that we could challenge DPP Lim about his misleadings. However, after being ordered to return to the witness room (so that he won't hear this part of our proceedings) I saw him eavesdropping the proceedings with his face only inches from the glass of the witness room! I pointed out to Dr CSJ, and ask him to raise this to the judge, because the judge had repeatedly prevented me from confronting DPP Lim together with Dr CSJ. In his hot arguments Dr CSJ forgot to point out to the judge what we saw, that SSGT Lam was eavesdropping the proceeding from witness room.

I registered a complain with the judge that her ruling preventing my objections during Dr CSJ's confrontation with DPP Lim, is indeed a very unfair thing to me, because she merely disallowed me to stand up to speak, citing the reason that wasn't my turn of cross-examination yet. I pointed out that Dr CSJ's debate with DPP Lim regarding the discrepancy on time of photo P4 taken by the witness on the stand was a dynamic development, and for judge to prevent my participation on the spot is so unfair because when it came to my turn of cross-examination (would be on the following day) the dynamic matter became stale, and prosecution would had sufficient to collude their stories to cover up for this discrepancy.

DPP Lim reacted very strongly when I challenged him to take the witness stand and take oath regarding what he claimed to be how he went about checking the discrepancy of time in the witness room. Judge disapproved my proposal to put DPP Lim on the stand.

I became clear later, that DPP Lim at 3 occasions on 2 different days went into witness room when witnesses SSGT Lam; Ms Toh; Inspector Jason Lim & IO ASP Jeremy Koh were all in there to talk about the discrepancy of time in the witness room, and the witnesses heard it. Additionally, the witnesses were also during & via DPP Lim's conversation in the witness room became aware of the fact that the defense made application for enlarged portion of the photo to show the MRT station's clock.

Without that happening, their testimonies regarding the time photo P4 being take won't be changed on the stand, and that major time discrepancy could had allowed Dr CSJ and myself to apply for the doubtful evidence to be struck-out according to Evidence Act.

The actions of DPP Lim Tse Haw inside the witness room I think indeed constitute to unwittingly committed Tempering Of Witnesses and causing Miscarriage Of Justice.

For more irony he gave a hard-copy of LEGAL PROFESION (PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT) RULES to the judge; Dr CSJ & myself, and the judge rejected the copy back to him. He used highlighting pen to mark up the section No communication with witness under cross-examination of these rules. Judge Jasvendar Kaur looked very unhappy or insulted on her face as she rejected this hard-copy back to DPP Lim. :-)

SSGT Lam Tien Chiang had also been repeatedly liar on the witness stand on oath, particularly he repeatedly confirm with Dr CSJ's cross-examination that NO ONE HAD LED HIM TO KNOW ABOUT THE TIME DISCREPANCY & HE HAD DISCOVERED IT WHILE ON THE STAND. The testimonies of Inspector Jason Lim & ASP Jeremy Koh pointed out clearly that SSGT Lam was in the witness room in at least 2 occasions during DPP Lim's conversation regarding the time discrepancy and the need of enlargement of clock portion of photograph P4.

Prosecution witness PW4 Scene Of Crime Officer SSGT Lam Tien Chiang is also the person who took the police evidence video given to us on DVD which I had placed online at following URL with approval of court:
