U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was in Singapore, & met with famiLEE LEEgime's George Yeo. She however should had noted and query famiLEE LEEgime's violation on the sovereignty of United State via the charges faced by Mr. Gopalan Nair.

Mr. Gopalan Nair was assaulted and then charged for Disorderly Conduct by famiLEE LEEgime's police. I attended his trial today, between time that my own trial together with Dr. CSJ was stood down. Mr. Nair's trial today was in Court 6 and my was in Court 15, just connected by a few flies of stairs in the same Sub Court Building.

The above incident happened after famiLEE LEEgime first arrested and charged Mr. Nair for Insulting LEEgime's judges, after Mr. Nair had challenged old dog thief Lee Kuan Yew & his Ass Loong Son to take him to court, as he came back to Singapore to attend the defamation suit trial of SDP & Dr CSJ & Miss CSC.

I would like to highlight that the charges faced by Mr. Gopalan Nair is a violation of US sovereignty by enforcing Singapore's famiLEE LEEgime laws on US Citizen for acts that was done within the sovereign territory of United State. Mr. Gopalan Nair lives in California and is a US Citizen. The old dog thief Lee Kuan Yew's famiLEE LEEgime charged Mr. Gopalan Nair alleging that he had sent an insulting email to LEEgime High Court Judge Lai Siew Choo in 2006 from California, which is sovereign territory of United State. Not the famiLEE LEEgime nor it's Kangaroo Court have any LEEgal jurisdiction in California, to enforce LEEgime's rotten laws on on not just US citizens but any person who sends email to Singapore from California.

By exercising Out Of Territory jurisdiction into California on Mr. Gopalan Nair, the famiLEE LEEgime is in serious violation against US sovereignty, and U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice who was just in Singapore, should had taken notice and query famiLEE LEEgime's foreign minister George Yeo and demand an acceptable explanation about this.

Miss Rice had assured to support Mr. Anwar, which I am glad. I will not ask her to interfere with Dr. CSJ's nor my own cases, but however, she should had done more for Mr. Gopalan Nair - an ex-Singaporean who is now a US citizen facing bully and oppression here by famiLEE LEEgime, that unjust charges he faces are proceeding in court during Miss Rice's presence in Singapore in serious violation against US sovereignty.

My own trial with Dr. CSJ will continue tomorrow morning in Sub Court 15, where the first video evidence will be played in open court, then later, at 4 PM, in High Court is the joint Criminal Motion hearing for the same series of cases.

After social pressure and public out-cries for justice, Cow then subsequently and separately charged the human organ buyer and human organ trade middle man.

Due to the fact of collusion in THE SAME deal of organ trade, the filthy rich human organ buyer and filthy greedy human organ trade middle man as well as the two poor uneducated human organ sales victims are witnesses to each other's crimes under HOTA. It should naturally as well as logically be a simultaneous charges and joint trial. However, famiLEE LEEgime's HOTA enforcement action is obviously not so. This clearly exposed that Cow was hoping to get away with the deliberate omission of the 2 filthy rich and greedy abuser and profiteering culprit of HOTA. It is rather obvious that the 2 poor peasants are of poor knowledge on Singaporean laws, and were induced by members of elite's Human Organ Butchery Ring, to sign on falsified statutory declaration documents, which they have no idea what it's about.

Police Report made against Lee Kuan Yew's Perjury

I made few minutes ago an ONLINE police report at http://www.spf.gov.sg/ against Old Dog Thief Lee Kuan Yew for his false statement on the witness stand on oath made during his own political masturbation suit. That he claimed under cross examination as a witness to have a letter from International Bar Association (IBA) , which IBA denied that such a letter had ever existed.

Old Dog Thief recently got panic when IBA slammed him, and he cried that they want to DO SINGAPORE IN.

The IBA had in a 72 page long document stated in great details that famiLEE LEEgime's court are not independent from executive influence etc, confirming the accusations by nearly all reformist that famiLEE LEEgime is corrupted in power.

Singaporeans must all remind shameless old dog thief that HE IS NOT SINGAPORE, and SINGAPORE IS NOT OLD DOG THIEF. Singapore does not belong to him nor his famiLEE, nor his PAp. Singapore belongs to us the millions of peasants exploited by his famiLEE LEEgime rule.

The executive and judiciary as well as enforcement powers of any ministers, judges and police all belongs to the people. Not the government. The origin of these powers are nothing but the people. The officers are only assigned these powers by the people, who should check and monitor the officers against abuse of these powers. In case of abuse, the people should withdraw their mandates and see that the corrupted officers are removed as well as punished.

Today 11.July.2008 made a big day in Singapore's history for Reform against LKy's famiLEE LEEgime, mark this day in your calendar Singaporeans! At Reform Party's Inauguration Dinner

This morning in famiLEE LEEgime's court over 20 activists were together charged for more than one protest events. This is a significant symbol after about 40 years of [peace] for LKy's famiLEE LEEgime since Barisan Socialist's struggle stopped 4 decades ago. There is clear evidence that significant number of people are coming out bravely to confront LKy's famiLEE LEEgime, ending his 40 years of so called [peace] :-)

Tak Boleh Tahan Anti-Inflation Campaign can not be stopped by famiLEE LEEgime

The famiLEE LEEgime is charging dozens of activists for this campaign as illegal procession and assembly. But there is no effect of stopping nor slowing nor reducing the campaign at all.

I can affirm that this will only harden the activists against any lame actions the famiLEE LEEgime could take, this includes any arrest, harassments, charges, litigation, imprisonment etc. Like the Malaysians fighting against BN regime, Singapore does also have a growing strength of courageous fighters taking on the lame famiLEE LEEgime.
