Public Prosecutor threaten Shadrake's lawyer M Ravi with Contempt Proceedings

Today at High Court 4C, the proceedings against Mr. Allan Shadrake went on, and the public prosecutor threatened Mr. Shadrake's defending lawyer Mr. M. Ravi with Contempt Proceedings similar with what his client is currently facing, for only a submission he made on behalf of his client. The prosecutor accused Mr. M Ravi's submission as "MISCHIEVOUS".

I see this as a lame threat aim to intimidate Mr. M Ravi to soften his defense for Mr. Alan Shadrake.

This isn't going to work. ;)

Mr. M Ravi had responded by asking the prosecution to lay down the proceedings against himself immediately.
