The Commissioner of the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), Peter Lim, 51, has been suspended from work since last month.
Chinese Daily Lianhe Wanbao reported today that he, Central Narcotic Bureau (CNB) Chief Ng Boon Gay and six other SCDF officials are under investigation by the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB).
Two SCDF officials who hold senior ranks are amongst the six under investigation.
Quoting reliable sources, the paper stated that the case is linked to money and women.
There are no further details on when Mr Ng, who has been in the police force for 20 years, was called in for questioning by the CPIB.
The report added that Mr Lim's use of the official SCDF car has suspended too.
According to a national broadcaster, the Ministry of Home Affairs said that both Mr Lim and Mr Ng are on leave for now.
MHA is due to issue a statement tomorrow.
Mr Lim became the SCDF Commissioner in May 2009 and has been in the SCDF for 24 years.
Local government merit scholar, Mr Ng Boon Gay, 45, was previously in the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) before heading CNB in January last year.

After weeks of repeated reports LEEgime LTA finally took action against Pedestrian Death Trap

I took a video this evening to reflect that improvement had finally been done after few years of problematic and dangerous conditions, and after few weeks of persistent reporting made against this crisis of public safety.

The situation of human congestion which was very bad at the center road divider zone was no longer seen in the past few days after LTA did some improvements during last week. I can say that the risk of death of pedestrian is reduced now to a more acceptable level.

My video showed quite a lot of risking jay-walking by pedestrians but these are not the main issue still.

As another new MRT station is up-coming here at Bugis, pedestrian traffic is expected to increase, I still strongly urge LTA to implement a pedestrian tunnel to replace this traffic light crossing, for the benefit of pedestrian and safety in longer term.

There is still a slight issue, that a few more meters of railing opposite the one side which had already been removed, can be further removed, to get better effects. I had indicated this and showed the remaining problem within this video itself.

I spend only less than a minute now to cross this crossing myself, as compared against the average or 15 mins in many previous occasions over the years.

Malaysia's High Court acquitted opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim of sodomizing a former aide, citing unreliable DNA evidence in a verdict Monday that surprised supporters who saw the case as an attempt to sideline him.

Anwar has long maintained that Prime Minister Najib Razak's ruling coalition concocted the charge to damage his chances of leading the opposition to an election victory. Najib, who is expected to call for national elections sometime this year, denies plotting against Anwar.

Najib's administration said the judgment showed that Malaysia's legal system was free from government interference, despite claims to the contrary by opposition activists.

The case rested mainly on testimony by Anwar's 26-year-old accuser, Saiful Bukhari Azlan, and semen samples found on Saiful's body that investigators said matched Anwar's DNA.

High Court Judge Mohamad Zabidin Diah said his decision was founded on concerns that the DNA evidence was tainted.

"The court at this stage could not with 100 percent certainty exclude the possibility that the (DNA) sample is not compromised," Mohamad Zabidin told the court. "Therefore it is not safe to rely on the (DNA) sample. There is no evidence to corroborate" the charge.
A crowd of Anwar's supporters shouted "Allahu Akbar," or "God is great" after the judge finished reading the verdict. Members of Anwar's family burst into tears and hugged him.

"Thank God justice has prevailed," a jubilant Anwar told reporters. "I have been vindicated. To be honest, I am a little surprised."

However, questions lingered over whether the legal saga was over, as chief prosecutor Yusof Zainal Abiden said he had not decided whether to appeal the acquittal.

Police outside the court reported that after the verdict was delivered, a small blast wounded a man on a road nearby. Authorities indicated it was a homemade explosive, but did not say whether it was linked to the hearing.
Anwar, whom the opposition regards as its future prime minister if it wins federal power, had earlier said he was bracing for a conviction, which could result in a maximum of 20 years in prison.
The verdict is expected to have a major impact on general elections that most politicians believe will be held some time this year. Anwar is the opposition's most charismatic politician and is considered the figure who can best hold the three ideologically distinct parties in his alliance together.
Information Minister Rais Yatim said in a statement that the acquittal "proves that the government does not hold sway over judges' decisions."
"Malaysia has an independent judiciary," Rais said. "The current wave of bold democratic reforms introduced by (Najib) will help extend this transparency to all areas of Malaysian life."
At least 5,000 opposition supporters gathered outside the court Monday, chanting "Long live the people." Some carried banners that read "Free Anwar" and "Reject slander."
A police helicopter flew over the court, while riot police backed by a truck mounted with a water cannon monitored the crowd amid concerns that a conviction might spark unrest in Malaysia's largest city.
Defense lawyers had insisted Saiful's testimony about the alleged sodomy at a Kuala Lumpur condominium in 2008 was riddled with inconsistencies and that the DNA evidence was mishandled by investigators.
Anwar, a former deputy prime minister and married father of six, was jailed in another sodomy case in 2000 when he was convicted of sodomizing his family's ex-driver. He denied the allegation, and Malaysia's top court released him in 2004 by overturning his conviction and nine-year sentence.
Judge Mohamad Zabidin said that without DNA evidence, Saiful's word was insufficient to convict Anwar.
"The court is always reluctant to convict on sexual offenses without corroborative evidence," he said in an unexpectedly brief two-minute judgment. "Therefore, the accused is acquitted and discharged."
Saiful did not attend the hearing, but wrote on Twitter after the verdict that he would "remain calm, continue praying and be patient."
The charge emerged several months after Anwar's alliance made major inroads in 2008 general elections, when the National Front ruling coalition endured its worst polling setback in more than five decades of governance.
The opposition now controls slightly more than one-third of Parliament's seats and hopes to win power by pledging to reduce problems such as graft, racial discrimination and curbs on civil liberties. Najib has increased efforts in recent months to tackle those grievances and regain the support of voters who deserted the National Front in the last elections.

I can point out besides these, that I had directly confronted famiLEE LEEgime against the Integrity of their polls that they had openly abused Billions of Dollars to BUY VOTES, beyond any doubts.

There is an Excellent Comparison provided by what recently happened in Russian Duma poll in which Frauds were accused, investigated and reported as well as strongly protested.

It is much more Opened & Truthful in Russia than Singapore, that frauds are admitted and reported openly, and their leaders and demanded for clear & opened monitoring against future frauds, while in Lee Kuan Yew's CLEAN-CLEAN Singapore, they just denied what is so obvious and act dumb and act blur to dodge accusations which they simply could not answer to.

The famiLEE LEEgime's electoral legislations prevents any exit poll and abused the principal of Secrecy to obstruct monitoring against fraud, while all other countries moves clearly towards more poll Transparency rather then Secrecy. This is important point that I am highlighting right now.

Russia's Interior Ministry and the Investigative Committee have presented Dmitry Medvedev with an interim report on violations committed during campaigning and voting in the December 4 State Duma elections.
The document shows Moscow leading the field on the number of registered violations.

In response to opposition allegations that parliamentary elections were rigged, Prime Minister Putin says all polling stations in Russia should be fitted with constantly-streaming webcams. It will make the process absolutely transparent for everyone.
“I suggest and request that the Central Election Commission set up web cameras in all polling stations – we have more than 90,000 of those – and let them work round the clock. Let the country watch it all on the internet,” he said.
Last week Moscow saw the largest opposition rally in Russia’s modern history, with tens of thousands of people attending. The demonstrators said the election results, which gave about half of the seats in the Russian parliament to the ruling United Russia party, were rigged. They demanded an investigation of alleged fraud and a new, fair election.

A hundred thousand passengers had been affected by MRT train disrruption of 5 hours yesterday in famiLEE LEEgime's so called First World's Best Land Transportation System claimed. The lost of service affected actually over a million commuters, but dozens of thousands were stuck for a prolonged period of pains, and thousands were trapped in pitch dark and poorly ventilated tunnels.

While disruptions may be inevitable in rare occasions, prolonged stranding is not acceptable at all. This is considered against their usual propagandas of quality and safety, and they frequently staged so called Emergency Exercises and Evacuation Drills.

Proven yesterday that these drills for shows and propagandas are just nothing but usual famiLEE LEEgime falsehoods - very unsurprisingly.

Now we had seen the result of a realistic test.

They are incompetent. Indecisive Slow Coward Kiasu & Kiasi causing overall situation to be for the very worse.

Yesterday was only a technical fault, no terrorism, no sabotage.

But the results from yesterday convinced us that the fate of passengers would had been 1000X worse if MRT had been deliberately attacked or sabotaged to cause emergencies. The reason is clear as crystal - incompetency.

The tunnels have Lights but not turned on as soon as they became necessary.
The Administrative Orders deprived trapped passengers of vital ventilation, by not allowing doors be opened.
The Evacuations was badly delayed due to poor decision making.

There will be more, when we dig into it. These are the obvious for now.

Imagine what would be the passengers fate if there were explosions fire flame smoke etc within tunnel? The death toll would be way higher than the terrorists' most optimistic expectations because of Incompetency of MRT.

VICTORIA — The Seychelles on Friday invited Beijing to set up a military presence on the archipelago to beef up the fight against piracy there, Foreign Affairs Minister Jean-Paul Adam said.
The declaration came as Liang Guanglie is making the first-ever visit by a Chinese defence minister to the Indian Ocean island state.
"We have invited the Chinese government to set up a military presence on Mahe to fight the pirate attacks that the Seychelles face on a regular basis," Adam said.
"For the time being China is studying this possibility because she has economic interests in the region and Beijing is also involved in the fight against piracy," he explained.
General Liang, who arrived in Victoria on Thursday with a 40-strong delegation, had been invited in October by Seychelles President James Michel, when he was on a visit to China.
"Together, we need to increase our surveillance capacity in the Indian Ocean... as Seychelles has a strategic position between Asia and Africa," Michel said in a statement, adding that China had given its army two light aircraft.
The two countries signed a military cooperation agreement in 2004 that has enabled some 50 Seychelles soldiers to be trained in China. They renewed their agreement Friday, with China to provide further training and equipment.

Defence contractor jailed for bribing army captain

SINGAPORE - For bribing an army captain with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), businessman Yow Wah alias Richard was sentenced to eight weeks imprisonment.

The 59-year-old managing director of Certified Aerospace Singapore admitted in court today to two counts of giving cash loans of $28,000 and $12,400 to Phua Poh Sim, 32, on May 3 and June 28, 2008, respectively.

The cash bribes were in exchange for confidential information relating to SAF military projects, which Yow believed would help him secure business opportunities.

According to The Straits Times (ST), Yow met Phua through a colleague in 2008 and after a few KTV sessions, Phua told Yow that he was in need of a loan of $28,000 to pay off his debts.

After consideration, Yow agreed to loan Phua the sum of money.
On two occasions, Phua went to Yow's home and was handed the two sums of money in 2008. In return, Phua handed Yow a set of documents containing confidential information relating to certain potential SAF tender projects.

However, defence counsel SS Dhillon said his client did not benefit from his association with Phua and neither did he place a single tender for any military project, reported ST.

Yow, who had three other charges considered, could have been fined up to $100,000 and/or jailed for up to five years on each charge.

Phua, who was a SAF scholer, has been dealt with.

Six amendments to Peaceful Assembly Bill, including shortened notice period
THE Dewan Rakyat yesterday passed the Peaceful Assembly Bill 2011 which guarantees the right of Malaysians to gather peacefully.
There were no dissenting votes as opposition members of parliament staged a walk-out, missing out on the debate and vote on the bill.
There were six amendments to the bill, including shortening the notice period required to be given to the police for any assemblies to 10 days from 30 days as originally proposed.
Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz, in winding up the debate, lashed out at the opposition for misleading the public and for being hypocritical.
He also took the Bar Council to task for staging a street protest against the bill “They are lawyers but they did not behave that way. I am a lawyer, too, and I am ashamed of how they behaved,” Nazri told the Dewan Rakyat, adding that although it was the fundamental right of citizens to assemble, the freedom could not be absolute.
The bill was passed before Deputy Speaker Datuk Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak denied on Monday, on the eve of the vote, that the bill was more draconian than previous laws.
He said the critics of the bill were out to confuse the public.
Opposition MPs, in staging the walk-out, claimed that the government had rushed the bill through. They wanted the bill to be referred to a parliamentary select committee for further study.
Outside the house, about 1,000 people, comprising mostly lawyers, marched from the Lake Gardens, here to the Parliament building to protest the bill.
The protesters, led by Bar Council president Lim Chee Wee, asked the government to ensure that the bill would not deprive Malaysians of the right to assemble peacefully.
TV3 reported that the protesters comprised supporters of Bersih 2.0 and the Seksualiti Merdeka festival. Some wore yellow T-shirts.
The protest caused traffic jams as police sealed off the road leading to Parliament Hundreds of members of the Federal Territory chapter of the Putra Malaysia Council, Pekida and Perkasa also turned up to show their support for the bill.
Police later allowed Lim and nine other Bar Council members to hand their memorandum to Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Liew Vui Keong as well as opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Other amendments to the bill include Clause 12(b), where objections against a proposed assembly must be lodged with the police in writing within 48 hours, instead of five days.
Clause 14, which among others, requires the police to reply to organisers within five days instead of 12.
Clause 16(a), where appeals against the rejection of an application or the exercise of police discretionary orders to organisers can be done within 48 hours of receipt, instead of four days, and Clause 16(b), which requires the Home Minister to answer to any appeals within 48 hours of receipt instead of six days.

Ask Lui Tuck Yew weather a load passenger train can work as a tow truck?

A question for Lui Tuck Yew minister for Transport:

Is the use of a fully loaded (peak hour) MRT Train as a tow truck or tug boat to push another broken down train is SAFE and APPROPRIATE?

I am asking as a citizen and SMRT Passenger on that broken down train at Kallang MRT Station this evening about 1753hr.

I took this video, and wrote the following recollections:

The train was not showing any sign of abnormality all the way from Tanah Merah Station. Until right there at Kallang platform, it could not move after the station's stop and closing doors. The door re-opened after 10sec from closing. Then closed again. I tot some one caught in the door but the 10sec abit long than usual when someone caught in the door usually within 2-3secs it reopened.
Then after re-closing it failed to move. I started get the idea of Bad Kang Tau 孬空头 coming.
Then train farted out compressed air. Relays clicking. Few mins past. Can not move still.
Confirmed Bad Kang Tau 孬空头. I ponder weather to video it from inside cabin or not. But decided not to because the scene there and then will look too normal showing nothing much unusual. I knew that was starting of peak hours, and the driver must be reporting fault to control asking hind trains to stop or slow down, during then 2 mins of no-action in the attempts to fix train.
I told myself KNN, the control better know how to stop the hind train or else... this train will get rear ramped like the famous fucking Clementi Station case. So I checked around and prepared my own moves in case got fucked by hind train.
Then driver seemed to have RESET the train like OFF/ON except for the lightings, the A/C fan went off for 10 secs and came back on. Still the train won't move.
Then the next attemp was to open the doors again. Failed at 1st. 40 secs later doors opened. Immediately driver announced the train can not proceed and told us to get off ASAP.
On the platform, the station staff was still optimistic, they announced (wrongly) that we can take the next train very soon. I told myself - my foot! Sure enough within 3 mins the sign board changed to DO NOT BOARD from Joo Koon 1 Min.
I walked off and out of station. The gate staff said the trip is cancelled no need to scan card. Will refund.
Then I started to film the trapped passengers of hind train from outside station.
When the hind train started to creep forward, I knew they had to bump push the faulty train. So I cross opposite the road to film from better angle.
Meanwhile I was still worried that another train come behind and ramp fuck these trains.
I left after the bump push was completed. Some how still thinking that was Aljunied Station. So I posted ASAP stating the wrong station name.

I am prepared to offer a statement if LTA wants to investigate.

His old party has now one GRC plus one SMC plus NCMPs although his old friend Mr. Chiam isn't in the parliament.

His new party being ran by his elder son who is still learning the business.

Abolishment Of ISA Should Make People More Responsible In Ensuring Peace And Order

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 15 (Bernama) -- The government's decision to abolish the Internal Security Act (ISA) as announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak today should make people be more responsible in ensuring peace and order in the country.

Universiti Utara Malaysia's Political and International Studies lecturer Md Shukri Shuib said the decision showed Najib's confidence in the Malaysian society's role including that of the legislative members of the opposition in the overall transformation process.

"With the abolishment of the ISA, indirectly, the executive branch (of the government) has given part of its power on the question of security to the judiciary and legislative, including the people.

"And those in the legal sector, including members of the Bar Council, should be more disciplined and also neutral. There should no more vacillating and hiding behind political activities.

"The opposition too should give their commitment to the transformation process," he said when contacted by Bernama.

Md Shukri said abolishing the ISA should also not pave the way for certain quarters to carry out subversive activities, but to see this decision as a right step to strengthen the country's functional and inclusive democratic system.

Najib in his Malaysia Day 2011 special address, announced that the ISA would be abolished and two new laws introduced to ensure continued peace, order, prosperity and harmony in the country.

In his address, Najib also announced the abolishment of the Banishment Act 1959, and comprehensive review of the Restricted Residence Act 1933, Publications and Printing Presses Act 1984 and Section 27 of the Police Act.

Md Shukri said there should not be polemic following this, with certain quarters claiming that the measures taken by the government were politically motivated.

He hoped the opposition would offer constructive alternatives in the formulation of new, comprehensive security laws, instead of playing up political sentiments.

Makkal Sakhti Malaysia president Datuk R.S. Thanenthiran said Najib's latest decision proved that he was keeping his promise made when he became prime minister -- to be a 'people's prime minister'.

Describing the decision as bold and daring, Thanenthiran said the decision to revoke the ISA had been awaited by the people.

"This is a major and awesome transformation for the good of the people, and the people should congratulate the prime minister for his courage and openness.

"I believe the decision was made after careful study by all concerned parties. The time is right for transformation in this era of modernisation. This outdated Act (ISA) should be abolished," he said.

Thanenthiran said the decision would not only improve Barisan Nasional's image, but also Malaysia's as there were still developed countries practising the ISA.

National Press Club president Mokhtar Hussain welcomed the government's decision to review the Publications and Printing Presses Act, hoping this would bring positive changes.

"Any positive changes to the Act will give more space to the press in Malaysia to play a more constructive role without any fear.

"It will also lift the standard of journalism in the country and enhance the integrity of the press in playing its role in a democratic society," he said.

Three detained under ISA between Jan and July: MHA

SINGAPORE - Three men were detained under the Internal Security Act between January and July this year for their involvement in terrorism-related activities, said the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) yesterday.

They are Jumari Kamdi and Samad Subari - who are members of the Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) terrorist group - and Abdul Majid Kunji Mohammad, a member of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).

Yesterday's press statement from the MHA came a day after the 10th anniversary of the Sept 11 attacks, and as Singapore's leaders reiterated the importance of vigilance in tackling the terror threat.

The three detained men are Singaporeans.

Jumari, who was detained in January, was a member of a JI network in "a neighbouring country where he had relocated to in the 1980s", the MHA said.

He had undergone para-military training organised by the JI, including the handling of weapons and firearms. Jumari was apprehended in November last year and was deported to Singapore.

Samad, another JI member, was one of the pioneer members of the Singapore JI network, the MHA said. He had undergone terrorist training with Al Qaeda in Afghanistan in 2001 and fled to Indonesia following the crackdown on the JI network.

He remained in hiding until his arrest by the Indonesian police in Sumatra in June 2009 and was jailed for immigration offences. Upon the completion of his prison sentence in June this year, Samad was deported to Singapore.

The MHA said Abdul Majid, who had been residing in Malaysia since the mid-1990s, was a member of the MILF since 1998.

He had "undergone para-military training in weapons-handling and the making of improvised explosive devices" at the MILF's Camp Abu Bakar in Mindanao, Philippines.

"Over the years, he aided the group in procuring funds and weapon components," the MHA said. Abdul Majid was arrested in Malaysia in May, this year and was subsequently deported to Singapore.

In its press statement, the MHA also said Mohamed Khalim Jaffar, a member of the Singapore JI, was released earlier this month on a Suspension Direction. Khalim was detained under the ISA in January 2002.

A Suspension Direction is made by the MHA to suspend the operation of an existing Order of Detention, subject to the execution of a bond and to conditions as the minister sees it.

The conditions may include restrictions in respect of a person's residence, employment, movements and activities.

A ministry spokesperson said there are 17 people on Orders of Detention, one on Suspension Direction and 49 on Restriction Orders currently.

Under a Restriction Order, a person must abide by certain conditions and restrictions after release, or risk being re-detained.

Why? This is an election that is the Scale equal to A FULL 87 Seats CONTEST, because (5 seats Tg Pagar) Old Dog Thief LIMPED over in GE2011, this one PE is bigger than GE in terms of the required numbers of Polling & Counting Agents.

Why worse? Because it is 3 TIMES WORSE then GE2011 in the requirement for number of Agents, because of 4 corner fights, TCB TKL TJS each needs a huge number of agent equal to 1 GE itself.

News alert Aggrieved 81 year old lady will protest in High Court today & later Istana

Appealing for mercy and help from presidential candidates Mdm So (81 years old) have a case to be heard today at High Court 6C. I had been invited to interview her again. Accordingly she is very upset that on 16th.Aug.2011 her case S97 was again dismissed in court with additional cost of S$50K, that her cost (legal fees) total to S$650K that will require her to sell her HDB flat and her son's HDB flat to pay a lawyer who lied to court. Her case was just to claim her lost company share of S$100K.

She is protesting in court today, and will do protest at Istana a bit later.

She plans to visit the 1st presidential candidate at walk about tomorrow.

I recorded this urgent video msg to propose a Primary Election between Candidate Tan Jee Say, Candidate Tan Kin Liang & Candidate Tan Cheng Bok. To select one of the to be candidate against LEEgime's Tony, and the other to assist. And subsequently become official Presidential Advisor when OUR PRESIDENT TAN Prevailed over Tony.

Shocking Tip of Iceberge - Integrity of Court at Stake!

Please help to spread the message out, that so much unjust can be done to a common civil case in Singapore High Court.

Court of Appeal still insisting that there WERE Award of Cost during a trial, when the party did not hear any of that during trial, and 4 witnesses whe were present during trial had made Statutory Declarations that they witnessed the trial without any Cost awarded. However Court repeated insisted there was, and the lawyer who claimed this Cost asked S$1.22 million of it!

This is not shocking still. No after the court totally ignored the repeated request to access the trial's Audio Recordings & Transcript to prove weather cost was Never Applied Nor Heard Nor Ruled For during the trial. Court just insist on the cost and that their position is FINAL!

This is not shocking still! Not once but twice this repeated to the same case!

And beside this, there is FURTHER MORE INCREDIBLE SHOCKS, which will be revealed in several subsequent videos.

Not once but Twice, a total of $1.22Million Cost can appear from no where, without prove, without any hearing on weather this cost should be awarded. This wiped out the life savings of senior citizens that fell sick and need to sell assets to cover medical needs.

　　疑受虐的五岁男童在服刑的父母，昨天下午在狱警的押送下先后回到女皇镇一带的住家，他们含泪看着儿子遗体，作最后道别。
　　男童的母亲（45岁）是在昨天下午4时左右抵达史德林路第45座组屋，她乘坐的囚车从樟宜监狱缓缓的开进组屋到后面的停车场。
　　数名狱警先下车，走进屋里后门与男童的亲友交谈后，接着走出来，打开囚车后门把男童母亲押下车，男童母亲左右两侧都有狱警紧随，以防她逃脱。
母亲伤心落泪
　　男童母亲的双手上铐，但用布包住，避免引人注意。她的家人也拿了三把雨伞遮挡，避免被摄入镜头。
　　男童母亲入屋后，见了儿子遗体后，伤心落泪，家人在旁抚慰。她穿着白色上衣及黑色长裤。
　　大约15分钟后，她脚步蹒跚走出来，几乎无法站稳，狱警在旁搀扶，在登上囚车时，他们还得设法用力扶她上车。悲痛的神情写在脸上。囚车过后逐渐消失在众亲友的眼廉，许多人都泪痕满面。
夫妻没有碰面
　　大约一个小时后，即下午5时左右，另一辆囚车缓缓抵达。同样悲痛的场景再度上演，但这回是男童近50岁的父亲。
　　他穿着白色上衣及浅褐色长裤，虽然也哭了，但他看起来比较坚强地接受痛失爱子的事实，他也在屋里待了15分钟左右才离开。
　　男童的父母相隔一个小时到达住家，夫妻没有碰面。
　　这对入狱服刑的夫妇疑吸毒被判刑，据知刑期两个月左右。
　　男童年老的祖母昨天在住家难过的说，儿子服刑时，曾托她照顾年幼的孙子，她也叫他放心，怎料会发生这样的事。男童另有4个兄弟姐妹。
　　男童的一名亲戚则说，男童只有五岁，另一个也只有七岁，他们都不懂事，如果顽皮也不应把怒气发泄在年幼无知的孩童身上。家人事后才知道这起事件。
送回阿姨家
男童有点抗拒
　　另一个男童的亲戚也说，男童在6月间曾由她帮忙照顾一个星期，当她准备把男童送回阿姨（嫌犯）家，孩童表现的有点抗拒，当时，她也没有想到会出现那样的情况。
　　两名男童的父母都入狱，而交由孩童的亲人照顾，原本是个妥善的安排，却没有料到出现这样的悲剧。
　　据知，当年幼孩童的父母因犯罪服刑，社会发展、青年及体育部就会评估他们的情况，是否由亲友协助照料，否则该部将安排由适当的家庭协助抚养，让他们也享有家庭的温暖。
　　孩童住处左邻右舍、托儿所、幼稚园或学校老师在发现这类孩童受到虐待或不当对待时，应即刻通报警方，或者向社青体部寻求协助。社青体部接到消息后，会介入调查及追踪，确保孩童的福利与安全得到妥善的照料。
　　疑受虐的五岁男童三天前的凌晨，被外出回家的阿姨发现死在家中，身体带伤，男童的七岁哥哥则在一旁熟睡。他的阿姨过后疑虐待两名男童而被捕，昨天被控，七岁哥哥则送院治疗，目前暂时由社青体部照料。
　　警方仍在调查男童的死因，案件被列为“非自然死亡”性质处理。命案发生在三天前凌晨时分，地点是德惠巷的一座组屋单位。

When both parents of this 2 boys were imprisoned by famiLEE LEEgime for drug offences, they had been ill-treated and neglected. One died one hospitalised. What a family tragedy!

And what did the famiLEE LEEgime do?

They let the imprisoned parents out of jail - for only 15 mins to see the corpse of their dead son! For the final farewell.

前總統李登輝涉嫌侵占國安密帳「鞏案」歸墊剩餘款項七百七十九萬美金（新台幣二億五千七百七十萬元），以洗錢方式挪供劉泰英支用，特偵組依前總統陳水扁提供的關鍵情資追查，及殷宗文、劉泰英、徐炳強面見李登輝簽下的保命備忘錄，認定李、劉涉嫌重大，昨依侵占公有財物、洗錢等罪嫌起訴。李登輝也成為我國史上第二位遭起訴的卸任國家元首。
起訴書指出，李登輝身為國家元首，竟不遵守國家法制，擅將公帑不法挪供私人使用，犯後設詞否認、冀求卸責、毫無悔意；考量其已年邁符合刑法減刑規定，及對國家貢獻之情，建請法院量處適當之刑。劉泰英則被認定私吞其中四十四餘萬元美金供己用，犯後矢口狡賴、品行惡劣，但考量他已歸還款項且年事已高，同樣籲請處以適當之刑。
檢方查出，李登輝八十三年間捐贈南非新台幣兩億八千萬餘元以鞏固邦誼，但外交部經費不足，前國安局局長殷宗文奉命以「鞏案」為代號，動支「奉天專案」經費代墊。
國安局往後三年陸續以預算結餘回補代墊款項，僅餘八千九百餘萬即可墊補完畢，李仍指示外交部歸還全數借款，藉以侵占歸墊剩餘的七百七十九萬美金，由劉泰英在八十八年間利用不知情的尹衍樑輾轉洗錢至台綜院。
九十一年間，國安密帳案曝光，經管「奉天專案」的國安局少將會計長徐炳強為求自保，與殷宗文、劉泰英赴桃園大溪面見李登輝，經李登輝指示撰寫備忘錄，假托支援設立國安局外圍機構即台綜院第四所，由國安局自「鞏案」餘款補助，企圖魚目混珠。
特偵組認為，「奉天專案」基金非經總統同意無法動用，劉泰英也坦承收到該款，並供稱殷宗文交代是依李登輝指示，足以證明三人共謀。特偵組也認定前國安局局長殷宗文為貪汙共犯，但因身故不起訴。全案除徐炳強獲判無罪確定，仍有劉冠軍在逃；特偵組另告發潤泰集團總裁尹衍樑涉嫌逃漏稅。
此外，陳水扁告發李登輝利用隨扈的銀行帳戶，將近十億元被分為卅四筆輾轉匯往新加坡等國移涉洗錢一案，特偵組已另案調查，並積極尋求新加坡方面的司法互助。

在内政部长希山慕丁宣布净选盟2.0黄色T恤为非法物品后，警方昨晚在一场回教党的群众大会上企图充公民联支持者在售卖的净选盟T恤，不料引起众怒，反被支持者的怒骂声轰走。

昨晚共有雪隆一带共有两场民联群众演讲。一场在黑风洞举行的公正党演讲没发生任何不快事件，但在沙亚南举行的回教党演讲，却因为警方的举动而险些引发冲突。

这场群众演讲大会是在沙亚南美拉华蒂体育馆举行，压轴演讲者是回教党署理主席莫哈末沙布。

在大约晚上9点半左右，数名相信是便衣警员的男子，走到正在售卖净选盟T恤的小贩处，企图充公后者手上的净选盟T恤。

民联支持者保护小贩

这些小贩本来是在体育馆的其中一个入口处售卖衣服。随着警员现身，双方爆发口角，随即引起一批民联支持者的注意。

大约100名民联支持者很快包围住小贩，欲阻止警方充公净选盟的T恤。他们把相信是警员的男子推挤到马路边，并有人高喊“不要让他们进来！”

现场有两辆警车其实正停泊在路旁，而且开着车灯，体育馆外面更有大约10名制服警员驻守。不过，他们并没加入充公净选盟T恤的行动。

大约10分钟后，人群逐渐回到体育馆聆听民联领袖的演讲，才结束这场小风波。

演讲11点和平结束

随后，回教党志工团也派出大约25人，以安抚人群的情绪。至于本来在售卖净选盟T恤的小贩，则不再高调地在体育馆外卖衣，而改成走进体育馆内向群众“直销”净选盟T恤。

这场回教党演讲过后没再发生任何事故，并在晚上11点40分左右和平结束，估计共获得超过3000人出席。

除了末沙布以外，其他主讲人包括回教党沙亚南国会议员卡立沙末、回青团长纳斯鲁丁与新任回教党雪州主席阿都拉尼等。

警方对净选盟2.0的打压升级，除了宣布黄衣是非法物品，身穿黄衣者将被逮捕外，警方今天更援社团法强行搜查净选盟秘书处，没收黄衣及传单，并逮捕7名职员。

净选盟成员玛丽亚陈阿都拉透露，超过20名警员在中午12点多，突击净选盟位于八打灵再也的秘书处。

身在国会的玛丽亚接到职员的通知，表示警方当时并没有出示搜查令，并登记秘书处内所有职员的资料。

她更挑战全国总警长依斯迈奥玛停止“恐吓”，拿出证据证明他们确实犯下刑事罪行。

警方一度尝试剪开大门

此外，《当今大马》在下午12点45分左右致电净选盟总部时，接听电话的消息也透露，警方登记现场所有人的资料，并且搜查与计算总部内的净选盟T恤数量。

消息声称，警方动作粗暴，并且一度尝试剪开净选盟总部的大门，最后在职员打开大门后才作罢。

不过，这通电话在半途已被盖断。
《马新社》报道，雪州刑事调查组主任莫哈末阿南高级助理警监率领了这次的搜查行动。
援警察与出版法令调查

随后赶赴现场的人权律师拉蒂花在下午1点半指出，警方在抵达后，在拒绝出示搜查令的情况下，强硬要求进入办公室，并展开搜查。

她指出，警方这次援引警察法令第27(5)条文，以及印刷及出版法令展开调查，并且开始向净选盟职员录供。

此时，警方点算净选盟的传单，但他们至今未提供扣押物品的清单。
根据记者观察，警方这次出动了五辆未有标识的警车，而大部分的警员都穿着便衣。

而警方也向赶赴现场的记者登记名字、身份证资料和电话号码。
警方下午2点20分左右，将一辆大卡车驶入净选盟秘书处范围。
警方在下午3点15分左右收队，并将装有扣押品的5个箱子、7个黑色垃圾袋和4幅布条，联同7名职员带回八打灵警区总部。
净选盟通过面子书宣称，警方扣押了他们5台笔记型电脑、1台桌上型电脑主机、786份净选盟诉求传单、366件净选盟黄衣、91件净选盟橙衣、136件净选盟白衣、473条绑头布、5幅净选盟布条、8张诉求海报、1台录影机、文告和信函。
不过，警方给予的数据稍有不同。全国刑事调查总监巴克里表示，警方总共充公314件净选盟黄衣、90件净选盟橙衣，以及136件净选盟白衣。
他也指出，警方总共逮捕7名人士，包括1名马来男子、1名马来女子、1名华裔男子、2名华裔女子，以及2名印裔女子。不过，他拒绝透露，这些人是基于什么法令而被扣留。
雪警长：援社团法调查

另一方面，雪州总警长敦希山（Tun Hisan Tun Hamzah）接受媒体电访时表示，警方之前接到线报，指控净选盟办公室出现不法行为。

而警方在监视和观察后发现，确实有可疑的违法活动，因此指示刑事调查组展开突袭调查。

敦希山表示，警方搜查到数百件的印有净选盟标志的黄衣，并且扣留秘书处职员。

他指控净选盟是一个未经注册的组织，因此不能拥有标志。而警方将把此案转交社团注册局，并根据社团法令第50(3)条文展开调查。

司法院刑事廳長林俊益：「觀審員形成多數意見，法官不採納的時候，他必須在判決書上寫理由，也就是說觀審員的意見，對法官是有拘束力的。」
究竟誰能參與審判？司法院開出了條件限制，觀審員必須年滿23歲，至少高中職畢業，沒有犯罪紀錄，被挑中的觀審員請假來審案還可以領到3000元的日薪，不過身心障礙者和司法專業人士不能參審，這套觀審制的草案預計9月會在立法院闖關，明年1月先在士林和嘉義兩個地方法院試行，順利的話，未來民眾也有機會當上1日法官。

I am worried about Singaporeans looking upon this Presidential Election from the formality perspective while neglecting the more important and necessary. As a continuation from my previous message, I would like to remind voters again that the more crucial aspect of this presidential election isn't really about picking another president to be put into the Istana.

It should rather be the reversed.

Old Dog Thief LKy is still bunked inside Istana, where he should no longer be.

As long as this old dog can still do what he used to do in Istana, there is no difference to us Singaporeans whoever we voted for and put in there as our Elected President. That simply because there is no real change, the same old bastard will be pulling the strings and the new puppet will be performing the same old puppet show, and we Singaporeans will be fooling ourselves again at the polling stations, looking at the 5-corner 6-corner Wayang ballot wondering which to vote.

I got my worries from reading the arguments on online forums. Singaporeans would be fooled again.

There is no point to vote nor choose from a set of 5 or 6, if the chosen one will still eventually be controlled like puppet by the same old bastard, sitting in the same old office in Sri Temasek of the Istana. This is where the change really have to take place, otherwise nothing will change regardless of the nomination and poll results in this presidential election.

'Helpful stranger' in Changi Airport may be out to cheat you

SINGAPORE - THE next time you go to Changi Airport, look out for a 'helpful stranger' offering to help you check in your luggage - he may well steal from you, says The Straits Times.

This man, reportedly a Filipino who offers help under the pretext of helping fellow countrymen, has already struck in twice in April - once each in Terminal 1 and 2.

Offering to help travellers check in their overweight luggage, he managed to steal a pouch containing more than $1,500 in one case, and got his hands on a suitcase with items valued at $300 in another, reported ST.

Police have released a photograph of the man on Saturday and are currently investigating the case.

The Changi Airport Group advises passengers to only allow authorised airport staff, such as airline representatives, to handle their baggage.

Anyone with information on the suspect should call the police hotline 1800-255-0000.

The resident of Blk 109 already complained online about the illegitimate burning of rubbish by AMK YCK Town Council on 29.May.2011 in violation against Environmental Act. The Town Council accordingly had admitted wrong doing. However it's liability to be punished by law remains as something the police have to deal with.

25.May.2011 at Bedok Reservoir Road Blk 713 void deck was Mr. Low Thia Kiang's 1st Aljunied GRC meet the people session, after GE2011. One of my supporter have a case against corrupted and incompetent police, and which he had repeatedly seen famiLEE LEEgime MP as well as Ass Loong Son without any satisfactory solution, that the culprit (ex-mata) is still at large and Cantonment Police Division still unable to unswer any question. The victim insisted that he want to complain the case directly to Mr. LTK tonight. I also felt that I should report this Void Deck Meet The People Session, which reflected that LEEgime is totally not helpful at all to deprive peasants a better place to meet with their MP.

My supporter did not register a Q number when they were at void deck at 7+pm, before my arrival. I arrived quite some time before 8PM which was when the session was supposed to begin. But instead of going directly to the void deck of BLK 713, I went for diner with supporters just across the street where I could observe a portion of BLK 713 void deck, and lots of peasants were there awaiting. There were more than a dozen of reporters / camera men.

I noticed around 8PM of camera flashes from across the street, so we hurried to finish and paid for the meal, and went to BLK 713. It was crowded and stuffy at a dim void deck. Mr. LTK put a little battery lamp on his make shift table, not lid. And he got the simple plastic chair which is the coffeeshop type. Supporters got him 2 drinks on his table.

He was extremely busy interviewing his voters, I see reporters don't even have much chance to ask Mr. LTK much question, I so decided not to disrupt nor bother him for his important duty meeting peasants. I just shot video from a distance. I never saw Mr. LTK had any chance to stop nor rest throughout my 5 hours there, Mr. LTK never left the seat, that means no restroom!

It past midnight when Q number 36's turn came, about 1230hr or so, and by the time Q number 36 was over and we were leaving, time was 1245hr in the morning of 26.May.2011. And there were still about a dozen of peasants in the Q awaiting to meet Mr. LTK. So I estimate the session to last until 0130hr or 0200hr. The total number issued for the Q was 50 I was told.

Do you think LEEgime minister George Yeo will ever work so hard to meet the people like Mr. LTK? An old man among the residents I spoke to said The ex-Foreign Minister had no time to meet the peasants and was told to be travelling outside SGP most of the time!

So George Yeo deserve to lose vote to Mr. LTK, and he better watch my video! :D

Mr. Ng had made progress in returning the borrowed and donated funds which we raised for Tg Pagar GRC nomination, now the larger sums are already returned, the remaining are in progress and which are smaller sums which takes more cost and time and less effective to carry out. Mr. Ng said he will return every single cent, & if there was really a single cent left he will top up with his own 99 cents to donate it to charity.

Candidates arriving separately on different taxis, Mr. Ng brought nominators to the nomination centers about 1130Hr. I waited for them more than 40mins anxiously. Mr. Ng did not feel the same level of time pressure as myself. He was obviously wrong. Mr. Ng is veteran candidate who contested multiple times over the decades. He was the man beside late Mr. JB Jeyaretnam for years. With his seniority and background it is very hard for me to persuade him, he don't listen!

That is why I had to help him only from a distance, in this election, I helped him mainly just on the Internet. To raise funds & recruit nominators.

The MSM don't want to release much footage. After going up the nomination hall where law stated that no recording devices are allowed, I can not record although I have my camera on me. Law forbidden even CCTV.

(a) that the description of the candidate is insufficient to identify the candidate;
(b) that the nomination paper does not comply with or was not delivered in accordance with the provisions of this Act;
(c) that it is apparent from the contents of the nomination paper that the candidate is not capable of being elected a Member of Parliament;
(d) that the provisions of section 27A or 28 have not been observed.

(1A) Without prejudice to subsection (4), an objection to the nomination paper of a candidate or a group of candidates for election for an electoral division may only be made by —
(a) another candidate for election for that same electoral division;
(b) that other candidate’s proposer, seconder or any of his assentors; or
(c) the one other person (if any) appointed in writing by that other candidate to be present on the day and at the place of nomination.

(2) No objection to a nomination paper shall be allowed —
(a) unless it is made to the Returning Officer between 11 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. on the day of nomination; or

Persons entitled to be present during nomination proceedings
31. The following persons, and no others, shall be entitled to be present at the proceedings specified in sections 29 and 32:

Sammyboy.Com & Temasek Review and other forums had successfully raised 5 xS$16K candidates' deposit or Singapore General Election 2011. Making a first in history that all 87 seats will get nomination tomorrow. That also means whole Singapore is going to poll for the first time.

Old Dog Thief's Tanjong Pagar GRC had suffered a failure yesterday when leading candidate Mr. Ng Teck Siong announced he gave up the efforts due to lack of funds. By 1pm today, any potential candidates who had not yet submitted Political Donation Forms, will not be accepted for nomination. This is the 1st layer of gate, 2nd layer of gate is by noon 27th if your S$16,000 deposit isn't received then your nomination is considered as withdrawn!

There is no official figures release by our 1st world election dept, nor our 1st world MSM media, and I had just before writing this blog post, ring up ST and prompted the Political Desk to obtain the official figures from Election Dept, this HISTORIC RECORD FIGURE in SG history.

My own estimate, either precisely 87 PAp or with few extra / spare had submitted Political Donation Forms. Close to 100 non-PAP in my estimation. Yes, for 1st damn time in history we beat the PAp in numbers, we have 3 corners, we have more than 87 candidates, we also have several spares. I personally headhunted for such spare and fill-in candidates, at least 2 of them are members of Sammyboy.Com forum, but 1 dropped out because the wife objected.

OK, listen here Singaporeans, show your support on nomination day, go to each and everyone of the 9 nomination centers, cheer for our candidate! I am calling Mr. Chia Ti Lik & Socialist Front party to re-enter GE2011 formally, and fully back Chairman Mr. Ng Teck Siong in the fight of Tanjong Pagar GRC against none but Old Dog Thief Lee Kuan Yew. I will support the party & battle.

SF did not enter GE2011 because of 2 reasons, 3-corner fights and lack of resources. Mr. Chia had expected to run at least a Credible Campaign but lack the necessary resources. Mainly that is money.

There is no 3-corner fight in Tg Pagar, but there is a big lack of resources. Against LKy who has the most resources among all candidates in SG. So Singaporeans must help.

Police Report filed against Corrupted Election Practice by famiLEE LEEgime

The above is my police report number made online few minutes ago.

The brief inside my report is as follows.

In respect of Parliamentary Election Act Chapter 218 Sections 58 & 60, on Corrupt Practices I strongly suspect that a serious violation against the above listed laws had been breeched by People's Action Party in the interest of wining this election announced for 7.Maly.2011 polls.

I came to know about this crime via news reported by Media Corp, that PAP's website offer an Apple iPad worth near S$1000 as gift for participating in their online campaign in violation against above mentioned laws. The web site of this Nee Soon GRC Campaign of PAP is http://www.neesoon.org the reporter who reported this news is Imelda Saad of Media Corp.

Would the Police please inform Election Department as the relevant Authority to Disqualify the PAP Nee Soon GRC team, that Election Department also need to investigate and take necessary action, besides the police. Oppositions may enter this case before an Election Judge in accordance with Chapter 218 sections 90, 92 & 93.

Personation
57. —(1) Every person who —
(a) at an election applies for a ballot paper or to record his vote at a DRE voting machine in the name of some other person, whether that name be that of a person living or dead, or of a fictitious person; or
(b) having voted once at any such election, applies at the same election for a ballot paper or to record his vote at a DRE voting machine in his own name,
shall be guilty of the offence of personation. [19/2001]

(2) The offence of personation under this section shall be an arrestable offence within the meaning of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 (Act 15 of 2010).

Treating
58. —(1) A person shall be guilty of treating if he corruptly, by himself or by any other person, either before, during or after an election, directly or indirectly gives or provides, or pays wholly or in part the expense of giving, any meat, drink, refreshment, cigarette, entertainment or other provision or thing or any money or ticket or other means or device to enable the procuring of any such meat, drink, refreshment, cigarette, entertainment or other provision or thing, to or for any person —
(a) for the purpose of corruptly influencing that person or any other person to vote or refrain from voting;
(b) for the purpose of inducing that person to attend or remain at any election meeting;
(c) on account of any such person or any other person having voted or refrained from voting or being about to vote or refrain from voting at the election; or
(d) on account of any such person having attended an election meeting.
(2) A person shall also be guilty of treating if he corruptly accepts or takes any such meat, drink, refreshment, cigarette, entertainment or other provision or thing or any such money or ticket or who adopts any other means or device to enable the procuring of such meat, drink, refreshment, cigarette, entertainment or other provision or thing.

Undue influence
59. Every person who —
(a) directly or indirectly, by himself or by any other person on his behalf, makes use of or threatens to make use of any force, violence or restraint, or inflicts or threatens to inflict, by himself or by any other person, any temporal or spiritual injury, damage, harm or loss upon or against any person in order to induce or compel that person to vote or refrain from voting, or on account of that person having voted or refrained from voting at any election; or
(b) by abduction, duress or any fraudulent device or contrivance, impedes or prevents the free exercise of the franchise of any elector or voter, or thereby compels, induces or prevails upon any elector or voter either to vote or refrain from voting at any election,
shall be guilty of the offence of undue influence.

Bribery
60. The following persons shall be deemed guilty of the offence of bribery:
(a) every person who, directly or indirectly, by himself or by any other person on his behalf, gives, lends, or agrees to give or lend, or offers, promises, or promises to procure or to endeavour to procure, any money or valuable consideration to or for any elector or voter, or to or for any person on behalf of any elector or voter or to or for any other person, in order to induce any elector or voter to vote or refrain from voting, or corruptly does any such act on account of that elector or voter having voted or refrained from voting at any election under this Act;
(b) every person who, directly or indirectly, by himself or by any other person on his behalf, gives or procures, or agrees to give or procure, or offers, promises, or promises to procure or to endeavour to procure, any office, place or employment to or for any elector or voter or to or for any person on behalf of any elector or voter, or to or for any other person, in order to induce that elector or voter to vote or refrain from voting, or corruptly does any such act on account of that elector or voter having voted or refrained from voting at any election under this Act;
(c) every person who, directly or indirectly, by himself or by any other person on his behalf, makes any such gift, loan, offer, promise, procurement or agreement referred to in paragraph ( a) or (b) to or for any person in order to induce that person to procure or endeavour to procure the return of any person as a Member of Parliament, or the vote of any elector or voter at any election under this Act;
(d) every person who, directly or indirectly, by himself or by any other person on his behalf, makes any such gift, loan, offer, promise, procurement or agreement to or for any person who is assisting or has promised to assist a candidate at an election to induce that person to refrain from assisting that candidate;
(e) every person who upon or in consequence of any such gift, loan, offer, promise, procurement or agreement procures or engages, promises or endeavours to procure, the return of any person as a Member of Parliament, or the vote of any elector or voter at an election under this Act;
(f) every person who —
(i) advances or pays or causes to be paid any money to or to the use of any other person with the intent that the money or any part thereof shall be expended in bribery at any election under this Act; or
(ii) knowingly pays or causes to be paid any money to any person in discharge or repayment of any money wholly or in part expended in bribery at any such election;
(g) every elector or voter who, before or during any election under this Act, directly or indirectly, by himself or by any other person on his behalf, receives, agrees, or contracts for any money, gift, loan, or valuable consideration, office, place or employment, for himself or for any other person, for voting or agreeing to vote or for refraining or agreeing to refrain from voting at any such election;
(h) every person who, after any election under this Act, directly or indirectly, by himself or by any other person on his behalf, receives any money or valuable consideration on account of any person having voted or refrained from voting or having induced any other person to vote or to refrain from voting at any such election;
(i) every person who, directly or indirectly, by himself or by any other person on his behalf, on account of and as payment for voting or for having voted or for agreeing or having agreed to vote for any candidate or group of candidates, at an election, or on account of and as payment for his having assisted or agreed to assist any candidate or group of candidates, at an election, applies to that candidate or to any candidate in that group, or to his agent or agents, for the gift or loan of any money or valuable consideration, or for the promise of the gift or loan of any money or valuable consideration or for any office, place or employment or for the promise of any office, place or employment;
(j) every person who, directly or indirectly, by himself or by any other person on his behalf, in order to induce any other person to agree to be nominated as a candidate or to refrain from becoming a candidate or to withdraw if he has become a candidate, gives or procures any office, place or employment or agrees to give or procure or offers or promises to procure or to endeavour to procure any office, place or employment to or for that other person, or gives or lends, or agrees to give or lend, or offers, or promises to procure or to endeavour to procure any money or valuable consideration to or for any person or to or for that other person, or to or for any person on behalf of that other person. (a) commits the offence of personation, or aids, abets, counsels or procures the commission of the offence of personation;
(b) commits the offence of treating, undue influence or bribery;
(c) publishes or causes to be published any election advertising during the period beginning with the day the writ of election is issued for an election and ending with the start of polling day at that election which —
(i) in the case of election advertising that is, or is contained in, a printed document, does not bear on its face or, if there is more than one side of printed matter, on the first or last page of the document, the names and addresses of its printer, its publisher and the person for whom or at whose direction the election advertising is published; or
(ii) in the case of any other election advertising, does not bear in the form and manner prescribed under section 78A the names and addresses of its publisher and the person for whom or at whose direction the election advertising is published;
(d) makes or publishes, before or during any election, for the purpose of affecting the return of any candidate, any false statement of fact in relation to the personal character or conduct of the candidate;
(e) makes or publishes, before or during any election, for the purpose of promoting or procuring the election of any candidate, any false statement of the withdrawal of any other candidate at the election; or
(f) being a candidate or an election agent, knowingly makes the declaration as to election expenses required by section 74 falsely,
shall be guilty of a corrupt practice and shall on conviction by a District Court be liable —
(i) in the case referred to in paragraph (a), to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both;
(ii) in the case referred to in paragraph (b), to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both;
(iii) in the case referred to in paragraph ( c), to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both;
(iv) in the case referred to in paragraph (d) or (e), to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both; or
(v) in the case referred to in paragraph (f), to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both. [31/2001; 10/2010]
(2) Every person who is convicted of a corrupt practice shall become incapable for a period of 7 years from the date of his conviction of being registered as an elector or of voting at any election under this Act or of being elected as the President or a Member, and if at that date he has been elected a Member, his election shall be vacated from the date of the conviction. [21/91]
(3) A prosecution for a corrupt practice except any corrupt practice as defined in subsection (1)( d) and (e) shall not be instituted without the consent of the Public Prosecutor. [15/2010]
(4) Without prejudice to section 57, every offence of undue influence or bribery under section 59 or 60, as the case may be, and every other corrupt practice under subsection (1)( c), (d) or (e) shall be an arrestable offence within the meaning of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 (Act 15 of 2010). [10/2010]
(5) Where any election advertising is published in contravention of subsection (1)(c), the printer of the election advertising as well as the person for whom or at whose direction the election advertising is published shall each also be guilty of a corrupt practice and shall each be liable on conviction to the same punishment and incapacity under this section as the publisher thereof. [31/2001]
(6) Subsection (1)(c) shall not apply in respect of —
(a) the distribution of a book, or the promotion of the sale of a book, for not less than its commercial value, if the book was planned to be published regardless of whether there was to be an election;
(b) the publication of a document directly by a person or a group of persons to their members, employees or shareholders, as the case may be;
(c) the publication of any news relating to an election —
(i) in a newspaper in any medium by a person permitted to do so under the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act (Cap. 206); or
(ii) in a radio or television broadcast by a person licensed to do so under the Broadcasting Act (Cap. 28);
(d) the telephonic or electronic transmission by an individual to another individual of the first-mentioned individual’s own political views, on a non-commercial basis; or
(e) such other circumstances or activities as may be prescribed by the Minister by order in the Gazette. [31/2001; 10/2010]

Lee Kuan Yew should heed to Mubarak and visit Cairo's prison / hospital

Lee Kuan Yew's fellow dictator Mubarak is being grilled for corruption, and so are his 2 sons. Mubarak could not take it too well and is hospitalised from prison, and the prosecutors are still grilling him by the side of his hospital bed.

Lee Kuan Yew visited his other fellow dictator Suharto shortly before he died. So I think the Old Dog Thief at least have compassion for fellow dictators. Thus he should immediately visit Mubarak in Cairo.

The source added that Mubarak is expected to leave Sharm El Sheikh this evening with his wife, Suzanne Thabet and head to the International Medical Centre on Ismalia Dessert Road. The former president suffered a minor heart attack yesterday while being questioned and was transferred to the Sharm El Sheikh International Hospital.

An eyewitness in Sharm El Sheikh said that media reports about mass protests in front of the hospital are inaccurate, pointing out that there are no more than 30 protesters in front of the hospital.

After Tuesday's dramatic start of the investigation of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and his family, the prosecutor has now resumed questioning the 82-year-old Mubarak at his hospital bedside, NPR's Deborah Amos reports from Cairo.

As we reported yesterday, Mubarak was rushed to a hospital Tuesday for what may have been heart problems. That news came just a day after it was revealed that authorities have launched an investigation into allegations of corruption during Mubarak's nearly 30 years as Egypt's leader.

Today, Deb reports that "Mubarak collapsed under questioning after refusing to eat or drink in the two days since his summons." Once the state minister of health declared that Mubarak's condition was stable, however, "the prosecutor resumed questioning at his bedside and ordered Mubarak and his sons officially detained."

I have no intention to insult this harmless poor sole at all, he is a resident in a HDB block next to Lee Kuan Yew's PAP HQ, he regularly dressed in military fatigue & boots with NDP Flag parade or march or patrol the neighborhood, talking to himself only. Increasing number of Singaporeans are developing mental health problems in the stressful and depressing LEEgime under LKy's party. The evidence can be found at doorstep of it's HQ. I have seen increased cases of unfortunate Singaporeans like this, sadly I think his one vote would still very likely go to PAP LEEgime the culprit, come polling day. I think so because of his strong display of LOYALTY to LEEgime. LEEgime's $FINE$ City stopped working! Even Malaysian PRs don't pay, Party @ Changi Hotel Full House

I can tell tax-payers a bad news: When LEEgime's $FINE$ City stopped working = You Pay! That is because people stopped paying their $fines$ to LEEgime and just go check-in to Changi Hotel, I am doing so for political reasons, but there thousands more doing for basically Economic & Financial Reasons. I saw this all inside LEEgime's Cluster B prison, very HAPPENING THERE EVERY DAY especially Friday Nights!

Since CNY turning down some supporters kind offers to pay $fines$ to LEEgime, I had checked in to Cluster B prison 3 times for a total of 5 weeks. I have a special reservation there and a frequent fly club membership privilege! :D I always get the same cell #B2-428. I just checked out this morning, and my prison number this time (7days) is S023492011. You can buy 4D?! ;)

The sad thing is not only $fine$ is so popular, the long sentences number had over run this year from L999xyz2010 to L000abc2011 already! 1st letter L for long sentences over 12 months, S for short sentences and R for remand. Those not paying fines are usually in the short sentences categories. There are blocks within Custer B, (B1; B2;B3;B4;B5), 10 years and above & death rows are in Cluster A.

Every Friday is party at Day Room 2, Housing Unit 1, B2, Cluster B. 100% Full House!

Now not just Singaporeans, Malaysian PRs are not paying their e.g. smoking $fine$ to LEEgime. The prison's daily Lights-Off is 9PM, but each of the 5 Fridays I was there, they Extended Happy Hour to beyond 11PM. Not only no Lights-Off, the so called Cookies (Housing Unit Attendants = inmates with long sentences employed @only S$4.60/WEEK) do extra OT without @only S$4.60/WEEK salaries againstWKS / Shanmugum!

Basically batch by batch the new inmates will be admitted by bus load from district courts - Night Courts 13-N & 26-N and by a rotation scheduled they will fall into Day Room 2 of HU1 each Friday, on other days, they will be admitted else where I can not see. The B2 have HU1&2&3 on different levels, each HU have Day Room 1&2&3. Supposedly, the rotation schedule is to fight SARS & H1N1 Swine Flu, that new inmates are quarantined for 3 days by batch, before further transfer in accordance with their nationality & length of sentence.

Full House in a Day Room @ 3-4 inmates per cell is about 2 bus-load between 75-100 persons.

I tell you, it is very busy! The inmates, are so excited and happy to check in to Changi Hotel - I am no exaggerating! They talks; they joke; they are given sandwich for dinner; they change to FOC Changi Hotel provided clothes; they are issued with boxes and personal items; the Malays will sing song like Taufak from Singapore Idols, beating their box covers like percussion! The Ah-Guas & Gays happily screaming like monkeys and giggled like girls; They share their court case stories and prison stories! I can hardly find sad faces except some foreign over-stayers who face rotans. There are Bah-Bah (medics from Raffles Medical Group) to medical check them FOC! There are HU attendants working like Changi Hotel Bell-Hops to ashier them into their 5 star cells, (quasi-Air-Conditioned 26-27 deg C temperature setting) , they will bath; argue; KPKB; eat; drink; joke; shout; bang-wall; bang steel cell doors; shit and urine and flushing the world's loudest toilets until about near mid-nite, even Lights-Off still very excited and happy. Not forgetting our Taufaks singing Singapore Idol Serenade & Ah Bengs' Box percussion Lion Dances!

Many of the sentences are just few hundred dollars fine, or below S$4K. There is a Singaporean uncle who released this morning together with me (& checked in also on same day) , the RO returned him properties (handphones etc) with S$5000+ cash. He spent 1 week in jail, and saved the cash he originally brought to court to pay $fine$ to LEEgime. I am unsure weather his sentence was $fine$ or just imprisonment, but the end result is the same!

Tax Payers paid instead of the convicted person! Yes! Thank you for the $fine$ Changi Hotel!

LEEgime's $FINE$ City is not making money any more!

And I can tell you tax payers, they are still renovating the brand new prison which just opened by WKS 2010. The renovation contractors also work overtime, I could hear renovation sounds until 10PM, the last 2 nights! They are spending your Tax Dollars to make Changi Hotel better for those convicted!

I think the imprisonment in default of $fine$, is self-defeating system, I propose to pose-LEEgime government to REFORM it. Change it to a constructive work order or social service system. Like the over-stayers who came to plunder jobs from our economies, you give them rotan also cost us Tax $Dollars$! I heard rumors in prison that the Incentive for Prison Officers to whack rotan on people's backside is S$5 per stroke! Typical Over-Stayer gets 3-6 strokes costing Tax Payers S$15-S$30 per ass! We should make them work for our tax payers to recover our lost jobs and lost MOM levy which they had plundered, instead of keeping them in Changi Hotels fed; housed; health-cared; clothed and laundry room-service provided FOC!

To close this blog posting, I throw in another unrelated scandal as titbits or my readers:

Ministers' homes are UNSAFE! Chinese Corrupted Officers are MOST AFRAID of House Burglars; SGP Minister should be most afraid of their BODY GUARDS instead of Mr. Dato Ong Kah Chua! Why?

In a Prison Limo that fetched me from Court to Changi Hotel, I sat with a Chinese man age about 35, sentenced to 16 months for HOUSE-BREAKING, we chat all the way to Changi Hotel. He was a regular Police Officer from Police Security Commands, which means the House Breaking (picha roma) thief was ministers' body guard!

Calling Independent Candidates to Contest

According to the situation as things stands for this moment, I estimate about 20 out of 87 seats to be WALKED OVER in the coming GE. :( This is a dynamic and fluid situation however. Until nomination day, we can still expect things to change.

I am aware of rather strong opposition candidates withholding as well as withdrawing from their original plans of candidacy, due to reasons within the oppositions itself the rather than anything to do with famiLEE LEEgime. Among the reasons, selfish and arrogant conducts of opposition leaders acting in styles that resembles PAp, does exist, and had pissed off candidates & other opposition parties. Widespread sentiment became obvious feeling that lack of adequate cooperation among opposition, and arising 3 corner scenario that is still not fully eliminated. Fortunately not everything is on the down side.

A dead lock condition exist when it comes to forming GRC teams, that the bigger than previous GE number of smaller opposition parties can not form as many GRC teams as they had intended to contest, and yet they are refusing to lend candidates to combine with other parties. All of them had wanted candidates from other parties to cross over to contest under their own party's name.

This selfish and myopic idea came from the ego of the leaders, who had considered for control over parliament seats in the event the GRC team wins. Because under famiLEE LEEgime's law, an MP stands to lose his seat when resigned from the party membership under which he had won that seat. Mr. Chiam had the same crisis when he was ousted from SDP, however then in 1992 LEEgime had closed one eye on this law and allowed Potong Pasir seat to be kept.

I am calling candidates who still can not firm up with the necessary GRC teams to contest as independent and combine with candidates from either other parties or those without any party membership. This is important. Ditch the party leaders' controls and you should be serving Singaporeans and voters instead of party leaders.

Nominate in ALL 87 seats as much as you can, you should give our voters their well deserved chance to cast votes, many have NOT VOTED in their entire life as rightful citizens!
Engage the LEEgime's election machine to it's maximum, tie up their battle resources; time; manpower; money and bandwidth. So that they can not have free resources to help their seriously endangered constituencies! Remember in 1997 Cheng San GRC (JBJ; Tang Liang Hong) Goh Choke Dong & Tony Tan had their free bandwidth to cover for Lee Yoke Suan's campaign because they both walked over! If we lid their own lame ass on fire then they won't be helping their friends any more!
Psychological pressure and causing tension within LEEgime.
Other important factors, I won't mention here in order not to prompt LEEgime.

I call also on Singaporeans to nominate and fund and assist all non-PAP candidates, and of course vote for them and vote without considering the backgrounds of them. This is strategy to pressure LEEgime, and this GE especially is the only chance. For those who wish to stand without any party membership, if you need help to tie up with others to form team I am willing to be your broker. Email me!

For the time being, I am aware of a vacancy for Indian Minority candidate needed for Tanjong Pagar GRC. ;) Stand up for Singapore Singaporean Indian Citizens! Go and meet LKy! I will back you!

The more shocking aspect of this Crime Ring is that they had been working in the past years as INFORMANTS for the Immigration & Custom Authorities (ICA), and they had been abusing and using ICA as their weapon of crime, in order to commit Extortion. Any victims resisting their crimes or failed to provide monies to the Crime Ring they will be Arranged to be arrested by ICA for Over-Staying in Singapore, facing imprisonment and rotan followed by deportation by ICA.

Many of their victims were put in Changi Prison Cluster B, and I had met them while serving the sentence for Tak Boleh Tahan Protest at Parliament a case which you had investigated and had been a witness during the trial. I do not hold grudge against SPF nor yourself, and during my 14 days in Changi Prison Cluster B, I had still tried to help you and SPF gathering valuable information against crimes. :-)

In my police report you will find particulars of my Bangladeshi cell-mate, who had been personally robbed in Singapore by this Crime Ring 3 times, and he have fellow Bangladeshis who also fell as victims of similar crimes. The amount of cash and assets robbed in this 3 cases exceed S$2000.

Apart from this Bangladeshi case, I also offer you leads on unrelated but similar extortion by Indian Criminals abusing their authorized status as ICA Informants, my other cell-mate's Prison Number is S017612011 who is due to be released and deported on 9.April.2011 had been forced by ICA Informants to pay REGULAR MONTHLY PROTECTION MONEY of S$50 over the duration of his Over-Staying in Singapore. Failing to pay in one occasion, this ICA Informant had arranged him to be arrested near his place of work at Ubi area.

While we are fully aware of severe economic prices bear by Singaporeans due to job losses caused by illegal foreigners, the ICA Informants' acts of crimes and violation of laws also threaten security of Singaporeans. These criminals are unsafe for us Singaporeans as much as to legitimate foreign workers. I hope SPF can arrest these criminals active in Little India Area, which could either be Tangling or Central Division's precinct.

In addition I am adding more scandalous information regarding related ICA Informant Abuses as follows.

Among other information I gathered within the Changi Prison recently, there is at least 1 Bangladeshi worker being convicted for smuggling Counterfeit Immigration Stamps within his luggage bag while leaving Singapore returning to Bangladesh! This man claims he have totally no knowledge about these illicit items within his luggage bag, nevertheless he is imprisoned after conviction. There is wide believes that evil ICA Informants had planted these Counterfeit Immigration Stamps, while luggage was left unattended at some travel agent's office in Little India area. This means the victim had been framed by evil ICA Informants, abusing famiLEE LEEgime's authorities to punish someone that these criminals had some reasons to FIX!

There ARE Merits to this case in my own view as follows.

Counterfeit Immigration Stamps are frequently used by Over-Stayers to leave Singapore without facing LEEgime's punishments. There is however just next to no other useful purposes of having them. How this work is simple: Over-Stayers pays Ali-Ba-Ba Stamp services to forge a pair of Exit and Entry stamps within their passports, so that it would falsely reflect a false Exit (departure stamp) leaving SGP within LEEgal limits of days from the Entry made LOONG TIME ago, followed by another false Entry (arrival stamp) which is also within LEEgal limits of days from the intended departure date. In other words falsify a period of absence enough to cover-up the over-stayed period.
These Counterfeit Immigration Stamps are thus ONLY USEFUL WITHIN Singapore, and thus there is no purpose to smuggle them out of Singapore.
Why would a foreigner need to bring them at unjustified risks out of Singapore? If necessary these forgery tools can be easily made outside Singapore.
The ICA at Changi Airport knew exactly where to find these Counterfeit Immigration Stamps within that particular victims luggage bag - in a side-pocket zipped, while victim claimed to have no idea about it being there.
If one smuggled these items would he just conveniently just place them in side-pocket of bag without any better concealment?
Side-Pocket is a convenient place for a person to quickly plant something into other person's bag while bag is not being well secured.

I had only gathered so much information which is far from conclusive. But I am not the police investigator, and this is their job to do. The LEEgime had prosecuted and convicted this man who is still in the prison. According to many inmates frequently crying innocent. The widespread anger and resent against ICA Informants can be easily understood among over-stayers who received compulsory Rotans from LEEgime prison. According to my sources, hundreds of ICA Informants are caught in Bangladesh alone, by these angry over-stayers, some killed, others with limbs broken!

More than 2 years after the passing of late Mr. JBJ, I have still vivid memory of wanting to post on this blog about JBJ's impending heart by-pass which he had after long years of reluctance finally accept to take. He replied that he was still awaiting for the surgical schedule to be allocated to him, couldn't give me the schedule yet. His wellness had began to deteriorate at that time amid his busy court schedules and attempts to fight for Bukit Batok By Election, I guess it was that which made him finally compromised his persisted declination for that surgical procedure - knew that he really could not sustain further without that surgical procedure. I was glad that he decided in favour of it.

Mr. Ng Teck Siong informed me that JBJ really needed more rest when I was checking with him on a suitable time to meet up with him. I was in the middle of court cases in District Court myself, along with Dr. CSJ, and Mr. JBJ was fighting cases in High Court. The next thing all of a sudden, JBJ died of heart attack. We applied for urgent adjournment for the trial and rushed to Singapore Casket. :-(

JBJ did not get his surgical schedule after all. He wont' need one any more.

All those years there were a bunch of scepticism influencing JBJ against accepting that heart by-pass procedure recommended by SGH doctors. I did not share those views. One of those arguments which I believe spoked JBJ was the possibility of him failing to wake up from the surgery in SGH, meaning that OT could be his passage to meet god. Eventually after all, he still met god at the hospital. :-( Chinese idiom called that 造化。是福不是祸；是祸躲不过！ Turned out to be so true....

It already happened to Iraq in the hands of G W Bush, in the completely false assumption of WMD (weapons of mass destruction), invaded, destroyed, slaughtered and plundered that oil rich country. Libya is similarly oil rich and vulnerable with it's long ruling military dictator similar with Saddam Hussein in profile.

Exploiting the rebellion and in the name of supporting Democracy, the west are eying Libya for it's oil. Similar danger hangs over a handful of Middle Eastern States for similar reasons, however none of them are as immediately vulnerable as Libya as so called No-Fly-Zone - a familiar term used on Iraq is being mentioned by western governments including Obama's White House.

The Noble Peace Prize winning US President who is Commander In Chief for the armies still invading Iraq & Afghanistan, spoke of No-Fly-Zone over Libya frequently in the past week. His government is bankrupt and he had been printing tons of worthless US dollars to fund his wars and pay the bills, therefore the US$102/barrel Libyan oil will really come in handy for Obama - in the name of Democracy. Thick Black Oily and Sticky Democracy that is!

I urge the world to monitor and watch it cautiously - for exploitative invasions in the name of Democracy / Freedom / Human Rights. It may be armed plundering and graft for Black & Oily natural resources instead of what it may appeared to be, and declared to be.

One Iraq is one too many.

It is wiser for the oppressed people to handle their national affairs by themselves paying the necessary prices, rather than having interventions conducted by foreign forces. Opposition should also make open call to late GE

Now that famiLEE LEEgime's own MPs had on TV expressed that LEEgime's repeated Re-DRAWING of electoral boundaries had also caused themselves problems, besides the negative comments from non-PAP parties, there is more than enough grounds to call for later elections.

The drastic & frequent changes of boundaries is a very justified reason for that, because oppositions had been in past years working on areas that had been outdated, foiling their efforts. If famiLEE LEEgime really mean what they had claimed to be LOWERING THE CONTEST'S BARS, then they must give more time for the ground works to be carried out by ALL parties including themselves. ;)

Ask for GE to be pushed to After September in a joint statement! ;) that will really put strains on famiLEE LEEgime, and set focus to voters and the rest of the world on the issues that they had created by repeated redrawing of the boundaries. Late GE also corner them into strategic disadvantage of narrowed window.

It cost opposition nothing much to make this move, on the other hand, applies pressure on LEEgime. This is caused by them, so let them taste their own poison.

I was sadden by what I saw in Marine Parade GRC near Still Road & Eunos MRT Station in this season of Chinese New Year. Very young children had to follow their poor parents to help works that feed their family through Recycling from Waste. Their young lives definitely began the hard way, and I pulled out my camera and recorded them. Next to the Eunos MRT Station their PAp MP Dr. Ong Seh Hong had yet another luxury event of propaganda sponsored by his political cronies, these are very common and routine for Ong & most other PAp MPs. The Chinese New Year icon God Of Good Fortune was highly erected over-looking these poor children - giving them nothing ironically!

Ong is the MP for Kembangan seat which is part of Marine Parade GRC led by ex-PM Goh Chok Tong. His event had been there for weeks featuring a nightly begining from 16.Jan.2011 until New Year, Ritual of Fortune in which Gold Foil will be Sprinkled Upon their Distinguished Guests!

On that day I first saw an Indian girl about 6 years old with her father on a rickshaw collecting recycle material picked from the trash bins of private houses along Still Road. I took a brief shot of video. Then only minutes later I saw another Chinese girl only 2-3 years old sitting on a similar rickshaw pushed by her mother, collecting similar recycle materials from Eunos MRT Station's rubbish bins. I took a video clip of them, and sitting near them an old man seems to be begging or selling tissue paper near the MRT Station's rubbish bins.

This is Singapore for them! Where their minister draws the world highest salaries from GST paid by these poor families. The famiLEE LEEgime squander and plunder notoriously. The images floated up in my mind immediately of their high profile NDP celebrations.

So I knew I had to make these videos to expose this to the world.

China Town CNY market Doing Poorly in 2011 compared to the past

I went to China Town CNY market yearly, and more so this year, I went several times for different reasons. My friend moved his business there this year, and my old father today had to go to SGH A&E (he is very disappointed again with Cow Boon Wan's SGH, that they made him wait till after CNY to see urologist, and that cause him to have to put up with wearing a bag of urine throughout entire CNY).

I was raining when I was in SGH A & E, and rain reduced as my dad got discharged. My family fetched my dad back home, and I walked to Perl's Center to get some food. By then rain complete stopped. And I went into China Town's CNY market to film it.

The stalls which are paying high rents are obviously not doing as good as their past years, I think this year is the worst. My estimation is they are doing only a quarter of turn over comparing against the past good years.

It was impossible to hope to get a parking space during pre-CNY weekend in the multi-level car park above China Town hawker center / market. There is available parking this afternoon it seems.

There is no traffic jams like the past and the main roads are quite empty this afternoon.

There is a shopping crowed but very little compared with even last year. There are people spending their monies however their purchasing powers are much reduced this year, even when famiLEE LEEgime is claiming a mere 15% economic growth. We can compare this type of shopping scene against other countries CNY market where their economic figures are half or a third of what PAp had claimed. The figures and the facts don't match!

There is a prove of disparity in spending power however, when I saw a line of about 50 people lined up for famous Lim Chee Guan BBQ pork slices. 林志源肉干, I checked their price tags and their highest priced pork is toady @S$54/kg other BBQ meat slices range from S$52 to S$47 including beef. A man who I spoke to had just paid for 2kg told me that he spent over 4 hours in that Queue. So it is a minority who can afford this - this Q of about 50 people who waited here for hours, they have hundreds to spend on few kilograms of BBQ meat. The others just pass by, and looked on, and spent much fewer CNY dollars on lower cost items - like myself :-)

Reform Party's Rally at Speakers Corner, new citizen candidate slammed imigrant policy!

This evening Saturday 15.Jan.2011 at Speakers Cornered Hong Lim Park, under heavy rain, hundreds of Singaporeans including some new citizens and new voters listen to the candidates of Reform Party, led by Keneth Jeyaretnam. The party's candidate includes New Citizen from China Mr. Zhuo, who slammed against the famiLEE LEEgime's migrant policy, pointing out that it is wrong and there are too many immigrants, and this policy had been implemented without due considerations. He wants this policy reversed. He asked for voters to vote his party into parliament.

The rain fluttered between light and heavy, and many were holding umbrellas supporting the rally. Majority of the crowds were using the Kreta Ayer CC's stage shelter to listen to the rally.

Reporters and activists used rain coats to photograph and record the speeches. I was without any umbrella wearing a cap, my camera got very wet as a result and we were all standing in puddles of the filed to record video and images of this rally.

I found today on xinhuanet.com, the PRC official news agency, that the PRC govt had punished corrupted officials who tried to accept bribes through complicated attempts to exploit legal loopholes to escape punishments. These methods are CREATIVE and DEEMED VERY LEGAL. But the corrupts did not manage to escape punishments - which in PRC can easily and usually mean a bullet from the firing squad.

The reported loopholes in the above report and other reports that I have read this week, are from recent high profile cases. A medical drug bureau chief had been lucratively selling professional medical books at very high price, this is a legal form of income under Chinese and even Singaporean laws. Medical suppliers and drug makers had to please this corrupted bureau chief by purchasing many copies of these expensive professional books - which are totally relevant to their line of profession. But this smart cover still got blown and the corrupt is now on trial in PRC court.

There are other cases of corrupted PRC officials, found to be legally making lucrative profits out of purchasing and selling high priced art collections. The law in PRC now revised that any such gains or profits by selling high then what the officer had paid for any these arts or properties is recognized legally as a form of corruption.

To connect this revision of law to famiLEE LEEgime's notorious case of HPL corruption scandal Lee Kuan Yew's son Lee Hsien Loong when serving as Deputy Prime Minister had purchased below market prices 2 units of luxury mansions (Nassim Jade if I recall correctly) from a developer related to his own nepotism ring. For attempting to expose this scandal famiLEE sued Mr. Tang Liang Hong a Workers Party Parliamentary Candidate who contested Cheng Shan GRC with late Mr. JB Jeyaretnam. This form of corruption is now officially recognized as a punishable crime of corruption as declared in Chinese court of law.

To abuse the court as a tool for corruption, the PRC corrupts had made complicated arrangement so that they can have legitimate grounds to sue their interested parties in court for huge sum civil suits from which these corrupts will get judgments in their own lucrative favor. And collecting these court ordered payments are fully legitimate while however it is indeed just covered up channel arranged to collect huge sum of bribes. Isn't that smart? But then they did not managed to escape punishment eventually when the Chinese people found out!

To relate this channel I would like readers to consider the notorious facts that Lee Kuan Yew famiLEE had constantly been suing publishers and politicians for huge sum of defamation DAMAGES. Did the Chinese corrupts took reference from famiLEE LEEgime's stunts to abuse civil suits? :-) You decide!

HOME Affairs and Law Minister K Shanmugam has warned that anyone caught leaking any official government documents in Singapore, will be 'dealt with firmly.'

Singapore, among many other countries, was affected by the whistle-blowing website WikiLeaks when it released thousands of US cable transcripts.

In Parliament today, MP for Hong Kah GRC Zaqy Mohamad asked if Singapore plans to implement new measures to prevent classified information from falling into the wrong hands.

Mr Shanmugam replied that under the Official Secrets Act, Singapore has clear policies and measures to prevent security breaches which covers even the layman.

'We believe that everyone involved in a leak of information, whether in Government or outside, should be dealt with firmly. We do not intend to encourage cat and mouse games,' Mr Shanmugam said.

'Public interest in free flow of information cannot justify the abuse of confidential Government information,' he added.

But what else can they do beside lame childish intimidation?

They have so much to hide. They are so vulnerable to such exposure to light. They have too much to lose. But there is so little they can really do to effectively protect themselves.

While the USA Govt still can not get their hands on Wikileak founder, and while famiLEE LEEgime failed to find Mas Selamat from his brothers home in Tempines. What intimidation can work out in famiLEE LEEgime's favor. Mas Selamat already proved that it is so easy to get out of Singapore. Mr. Tang Liang Hong and many other ICA scandals proved exactly the same.

All the leak takes is the person have enough damaging evidence against the famiLEE LEEgime, grab it and get out of red dot, and let it out on the internet. So simple. The price to pay is small and the reward immediately as well as in the future will be so great. ;)

Any person who leaked corrupted famiLEE LEEgime's data that lead to their down fall will be national hero and would be rewarded handsomely, not less than the famiLEE LEEgime's ministers in the future. ;) The reward level will be in accordance with the value of data leaked and timeliness of the leak, as long as the leak exposed corrupted and incompetent secrets hidden by famiLEE LEEgime, and such political damages lead to their downfall, merits and rewards should be recognized by the future government of Singapore.

The era of Internet Power is here, and like it of not famiLEE LEEgime have to embrace it.

For so many decades the Chinese soldiers of KMT ROC were stuck in Burma after WW2 & Chinese civil war. KMT did not let them into Taiwan after losing mainland to communist. Communist did not let them return to mainland either. They were abandoned in Burma for decades, and most of them died of old age. Some of them joined the drug land military of Golden Triangle.

The remaining survivors finally returned to home town in mainland recently.

孙春龙和老兵在一起

　　一次偶然的采访经历，几乎改变了孙春龙的人生。几年来，他往返于中国和缅甸，帮助20多名流落异乡的远征军老兵，“像英雄一样”重返故乡。他每天与时间赛跑，因为几乎每个星期，他都能接到某个老兵去世的消息。唯一令他欣慰的是，面对这些老兵，越来越多的人正在救赎自己的良知。

　　“你真的是记者吗？！”

　　“你真的是中国中央级媒体的记者吗？！”

　　“你说我们不抗日，说我们是卖国贼？！那你说，我们那么多弟兄是怎么死的？！”

　　老人劈头盖脸地一番痛骂，孙春龙一下子蒙住了。

　　这幕发生在2005年秋天的场景，至今还常在这个记者的脑海里一遍遍地回放。

　　那时，刚满30岁的孙春龙，第一次到缅甸采访。无意间，他和一个流落在当地的远征军老兵聊起天来。让他意想不到的是，自己只是随口说了一句：“你们也抗日吗？”这个原本和气的老人，猛地坐直了身子，指着他的鼻子，异常愤怒地说了这三句话。

　　采访就这样不欢而散，但更让孙春龙感到憋屈的是，尽管自己努力回忆接受过的历史教育，却找不到一点信息，能够回应眼前这位老人。

　　“老人说的是实话吗？还是我确实无知？”这个30岁的男人开始追问起自己的内心。从那时起，他“怀着一种内疚和惭愧的心情”，开始慢慢走进了这段被湮没已久的历史。

　　可他没想到自己会走得这么远。在此后数年里，他不仅寻访了大量的在世老兵，发表了十几万字的相关报道，还动用了种种资源，帮助流落在缅甸和云南边境的20余名远征军老兵，回到了各自的故乡。

　　“我要带他们回家。”孙春龙说。几乎从接触第一个流落在异乡的老兵起，这样的念头就油然而生。

　　这个老兵叫李锡全，孙春龙是在缅甸一处偏僻的山区里找到他的。老人住着四处漏风的破木头房子，以卖柴火为生，每个月的收入折合成人民币，也就100多块钱。在采访中，老人对家乡的思念，深深地打动了孙春龙。

　　李锡全的家乡，在千里之外的湖南常德。自从1943年赴缅抗日，60多年了，他再也没回过家。对于家人的唯一记忆，也只是走的时候，母亲送他到村口，转个弯见不到母亲的时候，突然听到一声歇斯底里的哭声。

　　老人把所有的思念，都寄托在一本中国地图册上。这本薄薄的地图册，已经被他翻得破破烂烂，其中最烂的一页是湖南。“我只能在这里看看湖南，看看常德了。”老人说。

　　孙春龙的眼泪唰地就下来了。

　　只是，老人已记不得具体的地址。回到国内以后，孙春龙通过互联网，发出了为李锡全找家的倡议。在网友们的帮助下，很快就找到了李锡全的家。

　　但回家的路，并不像人们想象中那样通畅。

　　孙春龙计算过，老人的往返路费和其他一些费用，差不多得2万块钱。以老人的财力是无法负担的。于是，孙春龙找了一家企业，想拉点赞助。但那个老板在听完之后，却非常生气地说：“这是个国民党老兵，你怎么能做这种事情！”

　　先后谈了三家企业，都是类似的结果。最终，孙春龙找到了湖南当地的一家热心企业，才凑齐了这笔费用。

　　2008年10月19日，李锡全终于结束了自己60多年的远征，回到了魂牵梦萦的祖国。刚过国境线，老人就捂着脸，嚎啕大哭起来。

　　人们用各种方式，欢迎着这个落叶归根的游子。在常德的火车站，有数百名网友自发到火车站迎接。老人的家人也为他准备了地道的家乡菜肴。当看到李锡全和亲人们围坐一起，吃着家乡钵子菜的情景时，这个30多岁的男人突然间泪流满面。

　　李锡全的归来，引起了社会与媒体的关注。2008年底，孙春龙和李锡全还被选为中央电视台“感动中国”的候选人。从新闻的幕后报道者，转变为被鲜花和掌声围绕着的新闻人物，“我有些迷失了方向。”他坦言道。

　　不过，在年底的一次聚会中，一位朋友无意间问道：“缅甸还有多少个像李锡全这样的远征军老兵？”孙春龙的脸一下子涨得通红。

　　“我觉得自己就像做错了事的孩子，无地自容。”他回忆道，“难道帮助了李锡全，就能抹平我内心的愧疚？自己的救赎是发自内心，还是仅仅为了求得一时的慰藉，甚至，是在沽名钓誉？”

　　2009年初，孙春龙再次踏上了缅甸的土地。“我要让他们像英雄一样地回家。”他说。

　　他兑现了自己的承诺，2009年5月，共有9名来自广东、广西、四川、河南、湖北等地的老兵，最终跟随孙春龙，踏上了回家的路。他们当中的大多数人，自从1945年抗战结束后，就再也没能回家。

　　在抵达缅方口岸办理出境手续时，因为某些原因，缅方突然拒绝了他们的申请。多次交涉无果后，一位心急的老兵悄悄告诉孙春龙，附近有很多小道，不用办任何手续，他们就能从这些小路跨越国境。

　　但孙春龙否定了这个建议：“你们是英雄，为什么要偷偷摸摸地回家？”

　　2009年5月30日，经过多方斡旋后，老兵们终于跨入国门。那一刻，守卫国门的武警战士，向这些前辈行了庄严的军礼。

　　老人们就这样风风光光地回到了自己的祖国。在回家的航班上，全体乘客都以热烈的掌声，向这些老兵致敬，机长还特意安排他们到头等舱就座。在老兵各自的家乡，有大批的志愿者，在机场和酒店拉起红色的条幅，手捧鲜花，夹道欢迎迟归的英雄们。

　　在许多人看来，每一个流落在缅甸的老兵的故事，都可以拍成一部好莱坞式的英雄大片。不过，在孙春龙的眼中，半个多世纪的风云变幻，寄人篱下的异域生活，英雄们的命运，就如同“狂风中的一粒尘埃”。

　　一个河南的老兵收到了地方官员送来的一瓶黄河水和一故乡的黄土。在所有人的注视下，这个老兵突然抓起一把黄土塞进嘴里，边嚼边说：“好东西呀，好东西呀！”旁人赶紧拿来一瓶矿泉水让老人漱口，可老人喝了一大口水，带着嘴里的黄土，“咕咚”一声咽下肚去。

　　曾有人问一位湖北老兵，还需要什么帮助。这个老兵突然说：“我们不要更多，我们只想戴着国家发的军功章，堂堂正正去北京，去看一看天安门广场……”

　　还有一个老兵向孙春龙哭诉：“当年听从国家的号令去抗日，然后又到东北去打内战，打共产党，东北投诚之后，又跟着共产党南下打国民党。打日本人、打共产党、打国民党，哪一个是我自己的选择，都是为了国家。但是最后落到什么境地？”

　　曾有一个素不相识的老太太接站，她拥抱了每一个老兵，在每人脸颊上亲上一口，孙春龙询问后才得知，这个老太太的父亲，参加远征军，从此没有消息。她找了很多年，但是再也没找到。

　　“你们都是我的父亲。”老太太说。

　　曾有人问孙春龙：“迎接远征军老兵回家，并在途中给予他们至高无上的礼仪，你想要传达什么样的信息？”

　　“这只是对个体的救赎，但我们对老兵这个群体的亏欠，是永远无法弥补的。”他的语气中感受不到一丝的得意与骄傲，更多的，仿佛是愧疚与焦虑， “如果再不去做这些事情，等这些所剩无几的英雄，一个个带着遗憾和失望入土之后，我们的忏悔，我们的良知，还能有何处可以安放？”

　　的确，几乎每个星期，孙春龙都能接到某个老兵去世的消息。他曾经通过微博，用了几个月时间，帮助一个老兵找到了家。但当他兴奋地打电话给这个老兵时，接电话的却是老兵的儿子，他告诉孙春龙，父亲已经去世几个月了。

　　于是，他开始“和时间赛跑”。除了关注仍然在世的老兵，孙春龙还打算建一个数据库，想通过大陆、台湾地区和缅甸等地的资料，整理出一个相对全面的老兵名单。因为，“每一个普通的老兵都有名字，而每一个名字，我们都应该铭记”。

　　“对个体的尊重，一定要上升到国家层面！”他还在许多媒体上呼吁道，“所有国家的二战老兵，都有国家提供丰厚的养老保障与无比的荣光。唯有中国由于特殊的政治历史原因，致使这些老兵是依靠民间组织和民间志愿者陪伴他们走过最后的时间。”

　　幸而同道不孤。这些年来，随着这段历史的逐渐解封，许多民间志愿者加入到关爱老兵的行列。根据孙春龙掌握的资料，这样的志愿者在全国已有一千多人。

　　这些天，孙春龙在自己的微博上发起了一个活动，主题是“帮助抗战老兵实现一个心愿”。让他感到吃惊的是，活动的消息发出仅仅5个小时，第一批5个老兵的心愿都被热心的网友们认领了。如今，第二批老兵的心愿也已认领完毕。

　　每个心愿背后，都藏着一个故事：有的老兵希望能有人把自己的故事写下来，有的老兵希望能去北京看看当年的老连长，有的老兵希望得到一本《纲鉴》（注：清代史书），还有一个老兵已不在世，他的遗愿是，能够得到国家的承认，为自己修建一座墓碑。

　　“他们的心愿都很平凡，但谁能否认他们都是英雄呢？这么多年来，我却浑不自知他们的存在，我感到羞愧。”一个网友留言道。

　　孙春龙理解这样的心情。2010年，在抗日战争胜利65周年的这个年份，这名《瞭望东方周刊》记者出版了自己的新作《异域1945》。在这部以流落在异乡的远征军老兵为主题的作品的开头，他就用带着忏悔的笔调写道：“请宽恕我的无知和幼稚！”

　　但让他感到欣慰的是，面对这些老兵，越来越多的人正在救赎自己的良知。前些天，在云南的一次签售活动中，一个读者听完他的讲述，热泪盈眶。讲座结束后，这个读者紧紧拉着一位来到现场的老兵的手，颤抖地说：“请你原谅我这么多年的无知，我应该跪着，才有资格和你说话。”(作者：林天宏文段玉良)

I have recorded last night (28.Oct.2010) and uploaded this morning the special episode of 叶叔问政 video for Wong Kan Seng ;) it is on YouTub.Com as usual.

famiLEE LEEgime made a lame calculation on removing Wong Kan Seng from Minister of Home Affairs post hoping to cover they own rear in this coming general election. But I am telling them that they had miscalculated. ;)

I am warning famiLEE LEEgime & ISD not to ill-treat MSK or they themselves should be ready to pay-back for any related wrong doings.

Public Prosecutor threaten Shadrake's lawyer M Ravi with Contempt Proceedings

Today at High Court 4C, the proceedings against Mr. Allan Shadrake went on, and the public prosecutor threatened Mr. Shadrake's defending lawyer Mr. M. Ravi with Contempt Proceedings similar with what his client is currently facing, for only a submission he made on behalf of his client. The prosecutor accused Mr. M Ravi's submission as "MISCHIEVOUS".

I see this as a lame threat aim to intimidate Mr. M Ravi to soften his defense for Mr. Alan Shadrake.

This isn't going to work. ;)

Mr. M Ravi had responded by asking the prosecution to lay down the proceedings against himself immediately.

Serangoon MRT Pedustrian Bridge Project UNSAFE! LTA Wake Up!

There was originally a covered walkway temporarily linking between Serangoon MRT Station and Serangoon Bus Interchange, it was in use for a year or so. However, around National Day 2010 (9th Aug) it was removed for another LTA pedestrian bridge project. The horrible detour force all the passengers to walk between Serangoon MRT & Interchange under sun and rain and subjected to dangerous traffic as exposed by this video taken today 12.Oct.2010, for more than 2 months tens of thousands of passengers suffered from this condition. It also showed the risky foot path journey from Interchange to MRT station. LTA better wake up before accident happened again and cite Honest Mistake as usual.
