I reiterate my stand against extradition of Balldev Naidu to USA, as executed by famiLEE LEEgime according to the wish of US Govt. The famiLEE LEEgime is an unjust coward that heeded to pressure from the Washington to extradite our own citizen to USA. I do not really know Mr. Balldev Naidu, and my stand is unrelated Reform Party's matters or any person, but just based on Mr. Balldev Naidu being a fellow Singaporean.

Simply the USA have no jurisdiction in Singapore nor Sri Lanka, which are both world recognized independent sovereignties apart from USA. US have no jurisdiction over the territories of Singapore and Sri Lanka. Mr. Balldev Naidu did not committed any alleged offense within the jurisdiction boundary of USA or on US soil. It is coward and treasonous on the part of famiLEE LEEgime to compromise our sovereignty to the USA, by handing Mr. Balldev Naidu to the USA.

If the man broke any law in Singapore, let Singaporean judiciary trial him under Singaporean law. The US law is inapplicable on Singaporeans who are within our very territory of sovereignty. Does LEEgime traitors and suckers know the meaning of SOVEREIGNTY & INDEPENDENCE?

Singapore party member extradited to US: report

SINGAPORE — A Singapore opposition party member has been extradited to the United States where he stands accused of trying to supply arms to Sri Lanka's defeated Tamil Tiger rebels, according to a report Friday.

Balldev Naidu, 47, a businessman and co-founder of the Reform Party, was extradited on December 18, the Straits Times newspaper said quoting the Ministry of Home Affairs.

He is wanted on charges of acting as a broker between firearms manufacturers and the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) between February and September 2006, as well as seeking to export the arms illegally from the United States to Sri Lanka.

His alleged accomplice, Singaporean Haniffa Osman, 57, had pleaded guilty to the charges in 2008 and was sentenced to 37 months' jail by a Baltimore court.

Naidu had been detained in Singapore prior to the extradition following his arrest by local authorities in September.

He is a founding member of Singapore's tiny opposition Reform Party.

The party's secretary-general Kenneth Jeyaretnam said last month that the US charges involved activities alleged to have occurred before the party was set up in 2008.

Jeyaretnam had described Naidu as "a gentle family man and someone who would never intentionally become involved with terrorists or arms dealers".

Singapore has been home to a close-knit Tamil minority since British colonial days and hosts thousands of workers from Sri Lanka and southern India. Tamil is one of Singapore's official languages.

Sri Lankan troops destroyed the Tamil Tigers' leadership in May, ending one of Asia's longest-running insurgencies.

The Tamil Tigers had been campaigning since 1972 for a separate homeland for the island's Tamil minority and drew support from members of the overseas Tamil community.

famiLEE LEEgime's Imbecilic Legislation RE-PROVEN in Court 24 today

The defense lawyers of the TBT 18 had during last year's trial exposed in court that the famiLEE LEEgime's legislation - the Schedule to the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance)(Prohibition of Assemblies and Processions - Parliament and Supreme Court) Order is erroneous in that an invalid and outdated street name of Parliament Lane was incorrectly used instead of the current name of Old Parliament Lane.

Since that discovery, the famiLEE LEEgime's Imbecilic legislators had quickly made the corresponding amendment to the above defective description of area. This fix is something that was also brought up in the court last year.

This is scandalous and ironical enough already.

I proved in court 24 yet again today that the Imbecilic Legislator of famiLEE LEEgime had still made invalid and useless legislation which they had tried to charge us with. And even after fixing what had been already found broken, IT IS STILL BROKEN TODAY, as it stands!

Because my evidence photo from Google Map Street View proved that neither Parliament Lane nor Old Parliament Lane still connects to bank of Singapore River any more!

What is currently called the Old Parliament Lane, ends at it own junction with Empress Place. The portion of it which originally connected it to the Raffles Landing Site (statue of Raffles) is no longer a road, but a pedestrian walkway as it is, as well as it was on 15.March.2008 during Tak Boleh Tahan @ Parliament.

This removed section actually locates right in between the Empress Place Building (housing Asian Civilization Museum) and the Art House At The Old Parliament.

This disconnected segment of the boundary definition leaves a huge opened gap with is large enough to fit the Empress Place Building which houses Asian Civilization Museum! Therefore this discontinuity hence caused NO AREA (size = 0) to be defined within, and hence the area in which procession and assembly is prohibited is thus NULL & VOID.

Then there is no legal basis to convict any one relying on this improperly defined area.

I would like to point out that, the legislating Parliament itself was the one initiating the change of street name in 1999, according to evidence heard in court recently, to re-name a section of High Street into Parliament Lane, causing Ministry of Finance to also re-name this Parliament Lane into Old Parliament Lane for so called Historic Reasons. But then these Imbecilic legislators within the Parliament can use it wrongly to make law, which is used to prosecute the activists!

I would also like to point out that this legislation is indeed something made by the Parliament it self in the objective to protect itself and the Supreme Court from protesting activists! And yet they are Imbecilic enough to Repeatedly blunder this self-protecting legislation!

Who can then trust them to make legislations that can be expected to protect and serve the citizens of Singapore when these moron had failed repeatedly to make some law to protect themselves!?

I had scheduled 18 & 19 December 2009, a week before X'mas holidays to offer a full day Linux Installation Workshop based on Kubuntu 9.10, the next schedule will be in late Jan.2010 date to to be fixed.

18 & 19 December 2009 offer 2 choices, either Friday or Saturday. A Full Day workshops will be held on each day, between 9am to 5pm. Location is either Bishan or Tiong Bahru both near MRT, depending on number of participants registered. The final location will be decided near the closing date of registration 16.Dec.2009 according to the number of registered participants, this is due to the size of room needed to fit the number of participants.

The workshop is a Step-by-Step guided installation on participants' own computer, typically a laptop brought to the workshop. Participants need to indicate upon registration if a desktop is to be brought instead. That is followed by introductory operation of Kubuntu's KDE 4.3 desktop environment. Then hands on session and finally Question & Answer Session. To cover the cost of rentals etc, the registered participants are charged S$50 per pax.

I am able to easily point out a list of countries that are 99.9% capable of nuclear attacks possessing the warheads right now. This must include Israel; Japan; South Korea; Taiwan, who are not officially admitted into the WORLD NUKE CLUB.

It is no secret that many countries including African nation already had nuclear power plants for decades and their technology levels & financial resources are way past the curbs to become a nuclear armed nation, the curb is getting lower by each month. The so called Terrorists will also be nuclear armed if they are not already so.

Is Italy capable of delivering a thermonuclear strike? Could the Belgians and the Dutch drop hydrogen bombs on enemy targets? And what about Germany - a country where fear of atomkraft is so great that the last government opposed all civilian nuclear power? Germany's air force couldn't possibly be training to deliver bombs 13 times more powerful than the one that destroyed Hiroshima, could it?

It is Europe's dirty secret that the list of nuclear-capable countries extends beyond those - Britain and France - who have built their own weapons. Nuclear bombs are stored on air-force bases in Italy, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands - and planes from each of those countries are capable of delivering them. The Federation of American Scientists believes that there are some 200 B61 thermonuclear gravity bombs scattered across these four countries. Under a NATO agreement struck during the Cold War, the bombs, which are technically owned by the U.S., can be transferred to the control of a host nation's air force in times of conflict. Twenty years after the fall of the Berlin Wall, Dutch, Belgian, Italian and German pilots remain ready to engage in nuclear war. (See pictures of the worst nuclear disasters of all time.)

These weapons are more than an anachronism or historical oddity. They are a violation of the spirit of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) - the 1968 agreement governing nuclear weapons that acts as one of the linchpins of global security by providing a legal restraint on the nuclear ambitions of rogue states. Because "nuclear burden-sharing," as the dispersion of B61s in Europe is called, was set up before the NPT came into force, it is technically legal. But as signatories to the NPT, the four European countries and the U.S. have pledged "not to receive the transfer ... of nuclear weapons or control over such weapons directly, or indirectly." That, of course, is precisely what the long-standing NATO arrangement entails.

While burden-sharing was generally tolerated during the Cold War, it has become an irritant at recent NPT review conferences, where the nonaligned countries have used it as an example of the U.S.'s failure to take serious steps toward nuclear disarmament - part of its obligation under the treaty. The issue re-entered the public discourse in Europe last year, when a U.S. Air Force report found that the European air-force bases storing the weapons were failing to meet basic security requirements to safeguard the weapons. These revelations cemented the unpopularity of the agreement. Belgium's Parliament had already unanimously requested that NATO withdraw the weapons, while a 2006 poll found that almost 70% of people in the four countries want the U.S. nukes withdrawn. In October, German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle declared that "Germany has to set a good example when it comes to disarmament by getting the atomic weapons stationed in this country removed." Westerwelle added that President Barack Obama's speech in Prague in April, in which the President called for countries to renew the vision of a world free of nuclear weapons, had "opened the door" to a nuclear-weapons-free Europe. But the U.S. and NATO military leaderships remain protective of the weapons. As recently as December 2008, the Secretary of Defense Task Force on Nuclear Weapons Management, chaired by former U.S. Secretary of Defense James Schlesinger, said the weapons were an important guarantee of NATO security and also supported nonproliferation efforts by preventing allied states from developing their own weapons programs. The report concluded that the presence of B61s in Europe "remains an essential political and military link between European and North American members of the alliance."

These justifications infuriated arms-control experts, who pointed out that NATO countries continue to be protected by the hundreds of land- and submarine-based long-range nuclear-tipped missiles. "The nuclear umbrella can be continued by long-range forces just like it was in the Pacific after [nuclear] weapons were withdrawn from South Korea in 1991," says Hans Kristensen of the Federation of American Scientists, who closely monitors nuclear weapons in Europe. As for the concern that allied countries might be driven to develop their own nuclear-weapons programs, Kristensen was scathing in a recent blog post: "How many [European] countries would seriously consider acquiring their own weapons if things changed? Denmark? Iceland? Lithuania? Luxembourg? Portugal? Seriously!" (Read "Reducing Nuclear Weapons: How Much Is Possible?")

Obama's ongoing "nuclear posture review" and NATO's review of its strategic concept may call for an end to the burden-sharing arrangement. But if Obama fails to address the issue - and if NATO doesn't come to an agreement - countries may choose to take their own steps to get rid of the weapons. In 2001, when the Greek air force ordered a new fighter jet, it chose a model that could not carry the B61, forcing the U.S. to withdraw its weapons there. Germany may soon retire its own Tornado fighter jet, opting instead for the Eurofighter, which can't carry B61s. "NATO countries are currently answering the question backward. We are allowing aircraft selection to determine our posture," says Heather Conley, director of the Europe program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Given that Europe's nuclear arsenal is so unpopular, potentially unsafe and a hindrance to global nonproliferation efforts, it's time for it to go.

Arroyo is White Washing Political Massacre in NKF style

It is seem to be very easy for filthy politicians to play good guys after doing all the evils and wrongs, and launder their own images by delivering falsehood of justice and punishing some other bad guys who are indeed not as bad as these filthy politicians themselves.

famiLEE LEEgime had done the same many times, including the apparent CLEANING UP of NKF and RenCi scandals. Gloria Arroyo is now doing it for the Election Massacre of Maguindanao committed against election candidate; activists and reporters. I think the Chinese phrase 猫哭老鼠 can accurately describe these kind of hypocritical falsehoods. Meaning cats crying for mice.

It had been internationally accused against Gloria Arroyo for political murders against over 500 activists and reporters accumulated these years since the mass public movements attempting to oust her had been clamped down. The figure is over 500 already, way higher than the Maguindanao figure of 57, this is by a factor of 10 approximately.

In any case, Maguindanao Massacre is committed by her own political alliance. She is arresting charging none other then her own cronies to white wash her own image. She is staging a mass security force cleaning up right now, and putting publicity spot light on that. This is identical to the techniques used by famiLEE LEEgime during the NKF & RenCi charity corruption scandals.

I urge the public not to be fooled by these sort of hypocritical falsehoods and White Washings.

COME AND ARREST ME ON COOLING OFF DAY

THAT WILL REALLY COOL THINGS DOWN RIGHT!

I am suggesting political bloggers and fighters against famiLEE LEEgime to openly challenge them on the so called Cooling Off Day, to have it heated up to unprecedented level.

What I am ready to educate the famiLEE LEEgime is that they are NOT in control. It is not up to them at all to get a cooling down day before the poll. Their opponents can take control, if they played it out right. They can still have a lot of ACTIONS on that day just before the poll, they can test how COOL is the famiLEE LEEgime, and it is NOT up to the famiLEE at all.

That is enough said.

PORT OF SPAIN (TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO) - SINGAPOREANS will get an extra 'cooling-off' day at the next General Election, a 24-hour period during which campaigning will not be allowed so that voters can reflect calmly on their decision.

In announcing the change, which will also apply to the presidential election, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said the idea had been on the table for many years.

The decision to finally go ahead comes in the light of another significant set of changes to the election rules he proposed months ago.

In May, Mr Lee announced in Parliament that Singapore's political system would be amended to give non-People's Action Party (PAP) members at least 18 seats, or nearly one-fifth, of the House.

This would involve changes regarding Non-Constituency MPs and Nominated MPs, plus the Group Representation Constituency and single-member ward schemes.

'The legislation is almost done now, but there has been a little bit of delay because we had one further thought, which is to extend the period between Nomination Day and Polling Day by one extra day and to use that extra day as a cooling off period before polling itself,' Mr Lee told the Singapore media at the end of a three-day visit here to attend biennial Commonwealth meetings. He is now in Cuba.

General Election 2006 Speeches 3 Charges Discharged Amounting To Acquittals

In Court 10, today 2.Dec.2009, where Dr. Chee & myself applied for joiner of all remaining 8 charges (4 charges against each person), the prosecution applied to drop 6 remaining charges (3 charges against each person). That left the court with only 1 charge against each defendant to be heard next Feb (2010).

The discharge amounting to acquittals was ordered by District Judge Jill Tan at about 10AM.

We were also in the middle of Tak Boleh Tahan @Praliament case today in Court 24, in which case the matter was delayed because Dr. CSJ & myself had the other matters in Court 10 upstairs. In the end we found out that because the prosecution witness's family is doing a funeral because a person past away last night. So the trial can not proceed. It will continue on 14.Dec.2009 instead.

I read that the famiLEE LEEgime is no longer up to continue the same game with us any more, which we had fought them in the court non-stop since 2006. There are 16 charges, 8 to each of us faced by Dr. CSJ & me for the GE2006 sales speeches to raise funds by selling The New Democrat papers of SDP. After the charges dropped today, there is only a case which is at Bukit Gombak SMC contested by Mr. Ling How Dong. I also read that the famiLEE LEEgime kept this last case just to save their face. :-)

I told judge today that since they had dropped remaining 3 charges today, I will be considering to change plea too. :-)

My considerations is to save time and tax payers dollars. $$$$Millions$$$$$ had been spent by famiLEE LEEgime so far since 2006, for Ass Loong Son to FIX THE OPPOSITION AFTER THE ELECTION in his very own words. Fortunately he learned now regarding who had really fixed who. Last month I told the prosecutor before District Judge Rahim that I am ready to fight them on in the very same way in the few years ahead, I had done it and will continue if they wish to have it.

The fight clearly is changing into a newer phase, and the past is not expected to be repeated.
